The landscape is just unbelievable - I think if I was there I would have trouble comprehending what I was seeing and would just be standing around with my mouth open forgetting to film! As someone who gets travel sick on the train I think a youtube video is the closest I'm likely to get to the Drake Passage, so thank you for capturing it so beautifully and letting us feel the spirit of adventure from the safety of our sofas 😂

Wow, thank you so much for letting me relive my trip down there in 2006 with Peregrine ( who I believe are now joined with Intrepid ) We got the best “ Drake Shake “ on our way back. 5 story high waves ❤❤❤❤. We were also lucky to camp on the ice overnight just in special sleeping bags straight on the ice, with mats under us. Fabulous experience . Can’t wait for your next video 😊😊😊😊

I feel sad 😢 Because you filmed a short video about my beautiful country, Morocco. Morocco is a very large country and it needs time to discover its heritage and culture

Epic adventure to put it mildly 🎉😅 On a side note, James point about charging you for every picture (he might have said it as a joke) holds water. He became a bit of celebrity in the previous adventures resulting in pulling in tons of views and subscribers. Whereas you’re very skilled in storytelling and shooting. Not sure where it failed, this combination has a potential for something really BIG likes of Friends or Jeremy Clarkson and co (now on Amazon). Still a possibility though as long both of you agree on a commercial mechanism where both of you could benefit as per the effort and resulting success. Nothing to lose. Best wishes

It failed?
@funnybones613110 сағат бұрын
Failed not the right word, what I meant was that James stopped appearing in the series (unless you tell me he loved his surveyor job way too much 😅), there might be some factors at play which I don’t know (maybe it wasn’t financially viable to keep going at series after series and you wanted to focus on editing business, I just don’t know). Would have been great to see you working together as a successful quality content producing venture.

Karl - thank you so much for your fantastic videos. I’ve found them to be such an inspiration ever since coming across your channel years ago. Not only is the quality the best I’ve seen of any traveller, but the story and narrative constructed makes me feel a part of the trips themselves. God bless KZbin and their algorithm!
