While I don't think Toshiko will be the first victim, I do see people being upset at the thought of someone so young dying. This is a killing game. A horrible thing that people are forced to do. Having her die would just amplify how terrible the situation is. If the Eden's Garden team weren't willing to kill a 14 year old in their game, then it would be too obvious that she would be a survivor.

I just did my own analysis of the trailer (which was FIRE btw W Trailer) and I don't wanna yap about everything I found or thought about so I'll just give my TLDR Theory (click show more) ⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇ Damon has WAY more to do with the Eden's Garden and possibly it's origins than we initially thought (more of a Hajime Hinata kind of protagonist instead of a Makoto kind) seen as he has a snake on his tie and a snake is the form that Lucifer took when he persuaded Eve to eat the Forbidden Fruit which ultimately exiled both Adam and Eve FROM the Garden of Eden. The victim of Chapter 1: Toshiko Kayura Long story short, during this entire trailer she's the only character we literally never see, also the pair of legs that we see at 2:08 resemble a similar look to her white stockings. The culprit of Chapter 1: Kai Monteago OR Ulysses Wilhelm I think that the area that gets opened for this chapter (because new areas open up in every chapter before killings happen) is a "Historian Lab", similar to the same "Ultimate Lab" effect that underwent every new chapter in Danganronpa V3. EITHER this is gonna be a way to make Ulysses a suspect by Kai (for reasons I don't wanna discuss about rn) OR Ulysses will use the fact that this is his lab to his advantage and make Jean a suspect (as seen in the trial, he is suspected of something).
