I'd sadly say no, cause theres been times where month or three pass without a siren test. It's like a flip of a coin, you'd be better off with Salem, Carlyle, or Mt Vernon. If you want a interesting time I heard Carlyle's Whelens do Hi-Lo for tests and Tornado Warnings. Edit: I just remembered they were supposed to test on the 3rd at 10:00 am per Illinois, but they Central City, and Wamac didn't... Again...

Yes and No. Yes - I draw up the sirens on a program called "Paint.NET", I try to use a reference image if I can. No - For the weather/sky/tree backgrounds I use storms, random sky, or foilage online or personal photos. All with added glow, effects, etc. Logos I generally get from wiki. (the Civil Defense logo, ACA, TBolt, etc.)
