Tywin Respected Robb if i m correct, He is the son Tywin Never had. Young , Ambitious, Smart , Honorable, Fearless to take responsibility even at young age. What Tywin had a dwarf, a great swordsmen son who is very narcissistic and doesn't do much , and a daughter craving for everything, also his own children in incest

It’s not that impactful without Tywin and the Mountain being there… Ned Stark dies and this moment is forgotten. A case thrown because the government was overtaken.

Why the Hell didn't Robert just give the Crown to Ned?!

Let's be real, if Tywin arrived as Eddard wished, things would go wrong for Ned. Tywin is as clever as Ned is honorable, We all know that. Ned is the Hand of the King, a servant of the crown, but what does that mean when Tywin has economic control over the crown? I think as soon as Tywin arrived in the capital, he would "attack first", and the old lion would appear as a surprise in court, I don't think anyone (the golden cloaks or Pycelle) would tell the quiet wolf about the old lion's arrival. So, the doors open, and Tywin crosses the door, he may say some greetings, and most likely would ask the hand if he has been called to talk about the enormous debt that has to be repaid to House Lannister. Why? Because being in debt means you (in this case the crown), asked for a loan, which is an oath to repay the money, and for Ned Stark having to say no to an oath may be insulting his honor. Tywin 1 - 0 Ned Ned tries to get back in the game and explains to Tywin that he is in the capital to answer for Gregor Clegane's doing. For Tywin, this is as easy as denying once again his participation in the matter, saying that the mountain went rogue, and since Ned stripped Gregor of all of his titles, lands, and holdings, Gregor technically isn't his bannerman anymore. Ned tries to get a point on the verbal combat and asks about Ser Jaime, to which Tywin denies any knowledge and Ned has to take his word for it because he can't prove Tywin is lying, and no one would dare to snitch information to Eddard, but there is something Ned can do, order Tywin to pay the reconstruction of whatever Gregor had destroyed and maybe to send some men to hunt him down, for once, Tywin can't refuse. Tywin 1 - 1 Ned Even if he can't refuse, he has the debt owed to him to his advantage, and for the men he has to send after the mountain, well, he can order that those troops betray and kill the group that Ned is sending and to join Gregor and help him. Tywin would tell Ned to discount the payment from the debt the crown owed him and to add just a little more pressure on Ned. Tywin would request that the debt be repaid faster or, increase the interest rate. With this, Tywing doesn't only dismiss his "obligation" to pay for Gregor's actions, it also makes Ned's point look weaker in comparison to his. Tywin 2 - 1 Ned Tywin makes the crown pay for him, but, the crown has no money, so, Ned has just a few options: To ask for more money from the Iron Bank which they may refuse. To borrow his gold (Stark's gold) which may not be a good idea since "Winter is coming" and they may be needed in the North to buy food (also, the North doesn't have many gold mines) To ask for more money from Tywin, increasing the debt the crown owed him. And the truth is that doesn't matter what Eddard chose, the wolf doesn't have more counterpoint or arguments to keep up against the lion. Oh, and for a bonus, since the crown has to pay more to Tywin, the Iron Bank, and everything that Robbert does, Ned can't just help those lords with gold and may need more security now that Tywin is in the capital. After the failed attempt to bring Tywin Lannister to justice, the authority of the Hand of the King would be damaged severely after the meeting, Tywin would make Ned and the Starks look weaker in comparison, and since there are a lot of people in the court, some comparisons would be made between the authority of the powerful former hand of the mad king and the feeble hand of the drunk king and rumors of an umcompetent hand would rise between lords and commonfolk of the realm. Even if Ned tried a military move against Tywin, Ned only had his household guard, everyone would immediately side with Tywin, and, if Ned did nothing about Tywin when he arrived in the capital after the sack of Kingslandding with the backup of the Tully and Arryn armies, he wouldn't dare to try it now, also, it could happen that Ned would just die by poison, or natural forces, as Pycelle would tell in the report. We had to admit how brave he was by calling Tywin to court, I just don't see how Eddard could archive that, as the king explains, he is half a kingdom in debt to Tywin.

Robb was such a boss. Shame that he threw everything away.
