I think the HANS did it's job. Based on how his head was moving in the accident, if it failed I don't think he'd be OK.

worse track possible, dry and wet spots... so which tires to run ? , I would run wet tires... not sure what was used on the car. I noticed the swing at the start to get the tires warmed up.. but that was more show then anything else, as it will not heath up the tires enough for more grip.. . Never the less this is not the kind of road I would race on. Its a ticket to death..... lucky the driver was not injured... Good driving man

Dude stayed on the throttle all the way through that counter-steer. I’m not sure if there was a mechanical failure but that was a bit too aggressive in the wet. (Understatement) Glad he’s alright.🙏

it always amazes me when someone remains so composed after a crash.. im not the type to scream or panic but i would definitely say "fuck!" "fuck me!" or "God dammit!" as soon as the dust cleared

you see you let 'err rip when you shouldve been feathering it through the corner, if not let off the gas altogether and let it straighten out before smashing that throttle.. glad the driver is safe

Throttle misapplication is more likely to be a result of not taking into account the bumpy surface than negligence. Man probably assumed it was flat highspeed corner just like subsequent ones.

This isn't a professional driver surely... accelerating on a wet track when it starts to oversteer? How slow he is on that steering wheel at the start told me he was too relaxed....
