. Hello Elizabeth, I have been following on KZbin trying to learn how to make my own paper painting. I also have watched your jelly printing, and how to use color and how to tear the shapes for leaves and petals. I haven't had much practice tearing. I will keep moving forward so I will MY Painting of my own! Thanks for all the videos show us how to use color and do the under painting, and how to use different colors for our paintings. You are so generous with the knowledge you have learned. I hope one day I can be in classroom with other students as we learn from you in person! In the meantime, I'll keep working on my art! Oh boy do I LOVE these stencils! I’ll be treating myself to an early Christmas present 🎁 I’m wondering if you clean your stencils & if so, is there an easy method?
@ElizabethStHilaire12 күн бұрын
@@gilliani.4328 thank you so much. No, I don’t clean them. The acrylic paint once it’s dry is permanent and is not going to reactivate with anything. The only thing you can do is soak them and water as soon as you take them off the plate, that means the next time you want to use them they’re going to be wet so I don’t bother. The fluid acrylics are so thin that it takes a really long time for the paint to build up to any significant level. Hope that helps.
