I started doing some fasting in 2022 to stop snacking and it worked really well so now whenever I plan a weekend binge (only 1 so far this year) I always set aside time afterwards for a 100+ hour fast. This year I committed to doing a 100+ hour fast every month and last month I tried eating 50g of butter each day and I found that I had no diarrhea after breaking my fast with a fatty meal. This month I am having 50g of butter every 2nd day and I'll see it that keeps my bile ready for a fatty refeed :)

One thing worth mentioning if you do a blood panel that your bilirubin will sky rocket and your doctor will demand a liver scan. No thanks, doc! As soon as I eat it will return to normal.

As I mentioned I had complete blood labs done the day before and my bilirubin was slightly elevated! He said it was nothing to worry about 😊.

Great job sticking with the fast! You handled the refeed meal well with no gluttony. Another great job! I look forward to your new content in the future when it makes sense! Cheers!

Great job sir! The only advice I can share for longer fasts is to have a go to mental distraction for when you start to think of what that fast breaking meal will include. Usually it is tied to a comfort food that you have an emotional reaction to. Focus on exercise or projects outside of the food areas in your house. Ignore tv and internet content where there are food challenges or that focus too much on food. Please know that your testifying is so valuable to so many of us out here. Good luck!

Wow, that seems low but I'm not a medical professional. I hope her fast was successful. Thanks for watching

Hey bro, great seeing you on the board! Here´s a trick to get progress down on controlling your balance on the line. 1. keep your head up right. your vestibular balance organ is in your head. Help your brain for having your head upright. 2. use your arms from your shoulder to hold your balance. The trick is NOT to try and adjust your balance via your hips but actually work on having a tight core and rather use your arms rotating from your shoulder. This takes a little while for your brain to understand but is comparable to learning to cycle. Once the body switches you will suddenly notice that you are under control.

I just ordered a the same one as you. I am excited for it. I use to do gymnastics when I was younger. I noticed my balance is quite as great as it use to. It comes with the territory 😅 and blessing of life. I'm not sure if it would help you or if a pro or trainer would suggest but I have this faint memory of being told to pick a spot on the wall or in the distance, something for your eyes are focused on so your body stands up straight to help you balance. I'm not sure if that would help you, I'm excited to get mine. I think showing your progress is fantastic. At your level it can real encourage and motivate people to work on there balance. My mother had a bad fall and she was reader and not very physically active. I saw her struggle trying to to physical therapy and learn how to walk again. So I want to say I appreciate amd thinks it's wonderful that you are taking the time to share your progress with others. .☆. Life is a Delicate Balance.☆. Keep up the good work. You got this !

I don't think they do and based on my experience the strap might bottom out on you at 245. I would call GiBoard or email them, they are super helpful.Good luck!
