I loved this, lots to think about there I really enjoy Floss's philosophy Thursdays too. You guys should start a new podcast together I could listen to this all day !

Thanks for the tips, unfortunately my feet are very ticklish and even doing this is rough for me! Lol. I’m sure that can’t be normal! Lol

I have suffered from mother’s thumb to my right wrist for nearly 6months now. I started off seeing a hand therapist, and 2 massage therapist. I am seeing some improvements but I am still in pain. The worst part for me is changing my little one. He is a kicker and wiggles soooo muucchhh and often he would accidentally kick me in the hand and I would be in excruciating pain for the day or days before it settles. I do try the thumb tucked in technic but it is not always convenient. Also doing my personal hygiene after using the toilet or during the shower is very painful as well. Thank you for your educational video.
