I believe the first question may have a hiccup. The answer does not correlate with any of the options. I believe the correct answer is B and not C .

Some feedback....In the Harm Reduction question with the client named Mark, the answer choices flipped within the 10 seconds that are given to answer. The answer was B the 1st five seconds then the answer was D in the last 5. I know we're not supposed to memorize study question answers, but I'm just bringing that to your attention 👍🏾 As an auditory/visual learner, that threw me off for a hot minute LOL!! ☮️

I'm confused by the "Linda in hospice" answer rational. You say the answer is "A) Advocate for each adult child to autonomously make decisions." However, in the rational, it says, "That's why encouraging autonomous decision making for each adult child IS NOT considered the best approach in this context. " 🤔 Please clarify 🙏🏽🙏🏽
