The questions are great and really appreciated but the music in the background gets loud and intense at times and almost becomes a distraction in parts. More gentle background music would be more conducive to a study mode and less distracting

I don’t know about the last question, the code of ethics specifies that we should speak to our colleagues if we see them doing anything unethical FIRST and help them resolve the issue before reporting them

Was your subpoena question coming from the family members lawyer? Is so then we can decline based on privilege. The social worker has a duty to claim privilege You did not state in the vignette that the judge ordered an answer.
