I read about sprinting. I did a warmup run for a bit, then 4 10 second top speed sprints with 2 minutes rest. I felt great afterwards, easy, no sweat. The next two days my legs ached. Those easy, no sweat sprints were a serious workout. I respect sprinting now.

I've seen improvements in my stability from doing variations like these. Definitely worth adding to a workout.

Thanks for breaking down the technique. I've always struggled with balance during push-ups, so this will help a lot.

This single leg push-up looks challenging but so effective. I love how it engages the core more than a regular push-up.

it's quite tough on joints - sprint to max speed and then stop and change direction. All sports have their downsides though.

On top of resistance training I do housework and walk to the shops (12 minutes up 12 minutes back) everyday. That more or less covers things but maybe some HIIRT would help also.

I've been having some symptoms for a long time. Today I went to the doctor, colonoscopy and etc, and it's UC and pretty bad. I trust God that with prayer and diet, it can be managed pretty well. In Jesus's name!

SIR AT 62, AND IN WHAT I THINK GENERALLY VERY GOOD HEALTH AND CONDITION, I HAD YOUR CONTENT HARD TO DIGEST. AFTER WATCHING SEVERAL VIDEOS, MOST MEN IN MY AGE GROUP, AND MIND YOU I AM OLDER, ARE NOT RIETIRED, OWN A SHOE COMPANY AND LIVE IN FLORIDA WITH EXCELLENT WEATHER ALMOST YEAR AROUND. YOU PROMOTE A LIFE STYLE OF "THOSE" THAT CAN, WHILE MOST OTHERS CAN'T. WITH OUR SCHECULES, COST OF LIVING, FAMILY AND JOBS WE DON'T HAVE THE LIBERTY TO JUST GO FOR A CASUAL BIKE RIDE MID DAY, 2 HOUR WORK OUTS, AND GORMENT PREP NUTRIENT DENSE LOW FAT MEALS. YOUR CONTENT SEEMS TO CATER TO A SELECT GROUP. VERY SELECT. I WORK OUT 5 DAYS A WEEK. WORK 5 DAYS A WEEKS. HAVE A MERIAD OF RESPONSEBILITIES, AND GRIND THAT I DON'T THNK YOU COULD EVEN KEEP UP WITH. CHALLENGE. MAKE SOME CONTENT FOR REAL MEN, WITH LIVES THAT ARE REAL AND NOT SOME RETIRED FLORIDIAN RETIREE. BACK TO THE BASICS AND QUICK EFFING HAWKING CRAP!

Do you suggest women over 50 do the 2 day/lift heavy or can we get same results doing maybe 3 day/lighter weights extra reps? I need to build some long, lean muscle after losing a few pounds.

I DON'T SEE HIM WRITTEN UP OR RESPECTED? CAN HE RIDE A MOUTAIN BIKE 20+ MILES IN THE ARIZONA DESERT? I DON'T THINK SO. HATERS? WHAT I SEE ARE PEOPLE CALLING HIM OUT FOR "BECOMING" VERY "DISENGENOUS." WHERE ARE THE WORKOUTS? HE TENDS TO NOW JUST TALK ABOUT HE WONDERFUL LIFE AND THE ABILITY TO, PRESS HIS OWN COFFEE, AND 2 HOUR RIDES ON THE BEACH, AND PADDLE BOARDING, ETC,..., WHERE IS THE CONTENT? YOU SIR ARE THE HATER! PROBABLY A BIT ELITIST, LIKE MARK HAS BECOME!

Great advice, I wish I had found that sweet spot of elastic recoil 20 years ago!😂 But I found another great clue: Just run like somebody grabs you from behind at the waist line. Your body will produce the exact feeling and motion and you feel your hamstrings fighting the resistance like pulling something heavy. On the contrary run like somebody is pushing you from behind, again your body produces the exact feeling and you will feel a great relaxation in your legs and they go off just by themselves and the heels swing up very high. Like the forward tilt you can dispense that effect all the way to control the hip engagement and balance the work of anterior and posterior chain. And on the sweet spot of this also the muscle reflexes of your legs will work for you instead of against you. The pulling imagination you can use as a drill to strengthen your posterior chain, the forward propelling compartment of your gait cycle. Another trick is the invisible rope pulling you upwards from the chest. This will adjust your body to a straight posture and realign it also when you got tired and crumbled.

I think fasting is when you are not eating for more than 24 hours less than that it's not fasting eating once or twice a day with a gram of protein for your optimum body wait and high quality fat and low carb vegetables you will be fine

My experience has been that if I massively restrict my intake I cannot lose weight to save my life. I was able to repair my metabolism on a carnivore diet where I ate without restriction. I think I ate around 6000 calories a day at the beginning (I had been starving myself for four years). I lost a huge amount of weight. I now eat around 2000-3000 calories a day. While the weight loss is awesome the mental health benefits are the best reward as far as I'm concerned. The peace and tranquillity you get from eating a carnivore diet is the best thing that's ever happened to me. I'll be forever grateful for carnivore saving my life. 😊❤
@AnnabellaRedwoodАй бұрын
Non carnivores don't realise how you will naturally gravitate to beef as it's the most nutrient dense food you can eat on carnivore. I eat chicken wings and make chicken bone broth on my carnivore lifestyle diet.
