The need for some particular indicators to continually measurably grow all the time for a process to be deemed worthwhile is a grossly misguided way to live No passion, only calculated action with regular reports valuing progress toward externally validated goals. You don't realize that you're modelling your approach to life after business strategies created by sociopaths to be applied to soulless _corporate entities_ Now let's see if anyone here was ready for an *actual* harsh truth!

If you're not doing this one exercise, you're throwing away massive progress! Studies have shown the overhead tricep extension with the cable builds significantly more muscle than other triceps variations. Why? Because with the cable variation, you've got constant tension while the muscle in a stretched position. That's everything you'd ever need. So how do we do it? 1. I like to you the V-Bar grip, but you can also use a rope or flat bar 2. Bring the cable up towards knee hight (My cable machine is a bit too low in the footage) 3. Do the cool spin! (the more extravagant you can make the spin, the more impressive you look for the ladies 😉) 4. Now simply straighten up your back and pull your elbows towards each other. Like you are trying to make them train tracks 5. Lift the bar so your arms come close to fully extended (Don't lock your elbows!) Slowly lower back down until you can't go any further. 6. Repeat.

You dont need supersets to blow up your arms! Supersets provide exactly 0 benefits on gains. The only benefit they provide is saving time. You enjoy doing them? Do them, but they have 0 impact on gains.
@LouieHampton
@LouieHampton Ай бұрын
Well if you can shorten your workout with supersets and that means you can fit an extra one or two sets into your workout. Then technically they do increase gains

you should be consuming lots of animal-based proteins in the first meal of your day to begin skeletal muscle synthesis. I'm not exactly sure what the exact amount because it changes with age, but about 6 eggs worth of protein should suffice.
