Who else, in any sports, could have signed a 10 yr deal with 300 miilion dollars with Uniqlo? No one. This happened in the prime of his tennis career. He played only 2-3 years after signing this mega deal. The multibillionare Japanese owner of Uniqlo wanted to sign him when it became possible. Not thinking of the cost, but the strength of RF brand. The company's cash flow never brings that investment back, but so what? He could easily afford it. As told in this vlog, RF is linked as brand ambassador to Rolex and MB. Not Uniqlo. His fame is all well deserved. That he is half African by her mother, explains well why he has chosen to help the poor African Children by his foundation.
