The use of helical piers for the original home foundation is not common - but should be in expansive soil geographies. Do it once the right way and there is almost no chance of foundation movement for hundreds of years if not forever.

@Thomas63r2 we have expansive soils nearly everywhere in Colorado Springs. Over excavation is recommended nearly everywhere, and on hill/mountains helical piers is a must. There are special hillside overlays

Wiener schnitzel used to be a thin, breaded fried veal cutlet, no sauce is served. Though you will find that more and more pork used in Wiener schnitzel.
