@shellymorton2238 we do, I wish it was less expensive to do this house to have more ppl afford it. At least foundation is included and her has a local training program that he runs people through so that they can learn a trade.

The use of helical piers for the original home foundation is not common - but should be in expansive soil geographies. Do it once the right way and there is almost no chance of foundation movement for hundreds of years if not forever.

@Thomas63r2 we have expansive soils nearly everywhere in Colorado Springs. Over excavation is recommended nearly everywhere, and on hill/mountains helical piers is a must. There are special hillside overlays

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! There are no upgrades, what you see is what you get. It's still a low cost house on a 30 year mortgage instead of a 10 year RV loan where you dont own the land.

@ReBrink you would want to own it. Since this is a permanent structure (unlike a tiny home) you can't have this in a RV park or other places with leased land.
