I didn't know this auto played next after some tutorial I had in the background and I was vibing with the music actually bopping with the head nod as I'm on canva editing getting into it for a full 5 min hitting the Penjamin for my first time all day 😮😂 it was so good man. I didn't know until I heard the scene switch that I was listening to your kick ass incredible musical craft. Then I heard Leon tts'ing you and your reaction and reply has me HOWLING AT 3:22 am bro 😂😂😂😂 an icon and legend - proud to learn from ya man

its not a big deal if you lose runes, ideally you don't want to, but runes are infinitely farmable too

Get the Jellyfish and find the NPC named Nepheli Loux. If you don't know where she is look up where to find her. If you want to beat Godrick at the level you're at now, that's the way to do it. Otherwise level up and learn how to fight. Not to be mean or anything... you'll learn

I feel like my comment spam during your stream hurt you more than helped you and you became overwhelmed. For that I apologize. You still have to learn a lot of combat basics though. Your situational awareness in the Stormfront ruins against the knight and the pack of soldiers wasn't very good either. I had a lot of help personally during my first playthrough with the advice of my friends. Believe me, I was worse than you are at the game when I started. But I learned and I persevered and now I have over 660 hours in Elden Ring. Keep going. It's worth it.

The reason I asked you about what dungeons you have done or how many dungeons you have done in Limgrave is because in my opinion you are way under leveled and you don't do anywhere near enough damage to beat Godrick. Summons aren't going to help you either. They will only hinder your progress. If you do want a better summon go back to Stormhill shack and completely exhaust Roderika's dialogue. That's an important tip. Always exhaust the dialogue of every NPC you encounter because they will have more to say than if you only speak to them once. Rodrika will give you the jellyfish. It's a better option for Godrick. I hope I can catch your next stream but I most likely won't be able to. But if you invest too much in vigor, like you have done, you just become a tank with no damage output. I don't want to be critical but guard countering with an axe is not the way to go. You'll wiff half the time and battles will be drawn out and boring.

The reason summons will hinder you is because you will never actually learn the bosses move set. When exactly to dodge, how many hits are in a combo, how long the delay is between the beginning of the attack animation and the actual attack. If you use summons you will mostly be relying on cheap shots when your summons draw the bosses aggression. I believe that you can beat Godrick but you have to prepare yourself first by thoroughly exploring the area that you've been given at the start of the game. Elden Ring isn't meant to be a boss rush like other soulsbourne games. You need to be stronger. Invest in strength. But you also have to be wiser and really learn how to fight on your own and learn the mechanics of the game.

a common saying is that if you can beat one of those Grizzlies you can beat the game. they were not balanced at all for the zone they are in.
