All that dust at the beginning of your ride got me thinking of a time back in 1996. Me and my buddies were out riding in the hills behind Cal State San Bernardino and we hit this huge patch of silt. There was dust everywhere and it literally took a couple of minutes before we could see each other. We all hit it and crashed into the dirt because we weren't expecting it. We were covered in silt from head to toe.

My bike ain't acting right. Probably because you tried to throw it and you off a cliff!!!! I'm just glad you are ok and didnt get seriously injured or worse. That next cliff was no damn joke and God was holding you by the skin to save you on that one. Not kidding your guardian Angel is probably kicking puppies because of the stress you put him through.

Well, I hate to break the news to you guys but the land you were riding on is owned by the University of Santa Cruz and they are planning to remove all bike trails that have been illegally built on their property.

@michaellee9883 I hate to break it to you but these trails ain't going anywhere. The Karen's have been saying it would be torn down for over 6 years now and it hasn't happened. I think you just need to deal with it. Let people have fun hiking and enjoy the trails on their bikes not sure why it bothers you so much.

Thank you am trying to fat loss for past 6 months ... i was having 3 meals but just like u its not working for me everyone is telling me u ll lose muscles... I did omad before been 2 years ago i had lost so many wight at that time... I wanted to lose fat and gain muscle at the same and no rutine is sustainable.... am not a person who eat 3 meals and 2 snake all day.... u cleared my mind thank u thanksssssss alot...

Dude what an awful trail. It feels like one of these ones where you are just trying to figure out where are u gonna fall the whole time. And those tight berms into cliffs are horrifying...
