Gonna try the gravlax, with a little change suggested by my sister in Sweden. One of her favorite Swedish chefs changes the cure to a concentrated elderberry lemonade, as in an elderberry/ lemon/sugar syrup.

Wie schade dass es diese lessons nicht auf deutsch gibt, für alle Banjo Anfänger, aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum,die nicht so gut Englisch können,wäre das eine riesengroße Hilfe. So entgehen einem die Feinheiten weil auch die Übersetzungen manchmal nicht korrekt sind. Trotzdem ein großes Dankeschön für diese tollen Unterrichtsstunden.❤❤😊😊😊

When are you guys coming back to Kingston Ontario Canada. I had so much fun when you were here and I had a chance to talk to Jens. I've purchased many LPs, CDs tapes etc. since I bought my first album, The Hollywood Bowl Symphony orchestra in 1961. Of everything I bought, in the time, I play the Kruger Brothers CDs the most or at least the same amount as my Bela Fleck CDs. I'm still not sure who's the greatest banjo player in the world be it Jens or Bela but God bless both of you and EWE of course.

Those are not the lyrics I heard the first time and the guitar guy has a haunting voice when he sings it, first time, it went to my core
