Why not peel the potatoes before cooking?

Sure, why not. We also use to cut to slices before cooking. So you can reduce cooking time to 1/3 :-)

Awesome show. The music was fantastic and the potato salad - we've never seen it done like that and we are definitely going to give this a try. We are known for our "southern style" potato salad but that looked delicious. And that was a great tip on the sausage being done when it dries quickly!! Did not know that. Jans, you can almost play the banjo as good as me. Ps. HeHeHe,
