Rachel Harrison writes such authentic and relatable women characters. Spooky Kind of Love sounds so good. I absolutely adored Wendy Dalrymple's My Halloween Romance (and I am NOT a romance reader . . . LOL) I had no idea she had another Halloween-themed romance. Thanks for putting it on my radar! So many great recommendations in so many genres. Great video!

I’ve always adored Beetlejuice and I’m excited! It made me giggle though because with the Beetlejuice Fanta that came out the movie is getting some more traction and it was just great hearing people at least 10-13 years younger than me talking about how they’re “OG” Beetlejuice fans haha and I’m just like “honey you weren’t even alive yet when it was popular” lol . But it’s all in good fun. I love that it’s making its rounds again!

I bought Autumncrow High Fresh Hell at the end of last year and I've been waiting until the first day of fall to read it 🎃 I'm also going to reread Strange Practice now that I have the other two books in the trilogy. I also got the first Mina book so I can't wait to dive into that trilogy as well! Side note: I really enjoyed Hide as well! I ended up DNF'ing Incidents Around the House but I hope you like it!

As much as I try to read and watch new to me things, October is all about nostalgia and comfort for me. Every October I rewatch The Halloween Tree and at some point I also reread the book. I love to rewatch the OG Halloween and an old made for TV special called The Midnight Hour (it's here on YT) and I always read The Legend of Sleepy Hollow on Halloween night 🎃 I also go all in for the pumpkin spice things and I can't wait to start baking pumpkin bread, spice cakes, and homemade pumpkin doughnuts!

I love everything you have planned for fall/ Halloween! I agree that it can be stressful because for us that love this season we plan and we want to do it all. For me it’s the most expensive time of the year because I love going to all of the horror mazes and I LOVE buying spooky decor and mugs etc but this season brings me so much joy 🎃 🖤
