Having grown up just outside of Portland and having spent a lot of time there in 34 years it’s weird seeing folks from away finding it such an experience. It’s definitely a nice small city but it just doesn’t seem that remarkable to a native. But we welcome visitors with open arms.

So Nat probably gets flight benefits from the airline she works for in case anyone is wondering how they can work part time and fly so much. A position as a CSA for an airline is a great job for retirees, students and people who really want to see the world. As a CSA myself, I watch a lot of travel videos looking for recommendations and quite frankly, Matt and Nat are the two that are most fun and tolerable to watch. Keep up the good work, guys! Looking forward to crossing paths one day.

Have you been to Santa Barbara? Planning a trip in 2026 and having trouble figuring out where to stay. Also struggling with whether to fly into Santa Barbara airport or LAX. One youtuber said Santa Barbara airport only has 10 flights a day, and we would be flying from huntsville alabama. Is there a downside to flying into smaller airports?

It was wonderful to be there years back..we missed our flight going back home after three days of vacation...so eventually another 2 days addition ...i missed this place

Bouldin Creek Cafe is one of my favorites in Austin. It’s a vegetarian/vegan restaurant. I love breakfast and their lunch/dinner menu. Yummy cafe drinks and great beer. They have a delish blueberry cornbread with syrup. I always get their vegan Benedict called Renedict when I go for brunch. It’s a cool little spot on South First St and Mary. It’s housed in an old auto repair and tire shop.

Hi there. I heard in the vid that you got the room thru Ceasars Diamond Wyndham tieup. I know on the fine prints that you need to gamble at least 4 hours during the stay otherwise you’d pay for the stay. Did you have issues with this

My husband and I were just there last month and loved it! We have now decided to take our girls there over Christmas. In 2024 December, Asheville is still in recovery grom floods and many other communities were devasted or totally wiped out due to flooding. Biltmore Estate is open for Christmas being mostly spared from the horrible flooding... I hope Asheville will recover. 🎉

New areas have been restored and love this grand historic location. It is expecially grand at Christmas. Luckily, it survived the 2024 flooding that severely damaged the surrounding areas...like Asheville among the many areas damaged. It is sad the government has not HELPED so many NC mountion areas devastated...with entire comminities wiped out...... Biltmore is open in 2024 December.🎉

I became a subscriber earlier this year, when you guys were in Italy, and have watch ever video since. I'm glad came across this older one. Now I'm going to binge watch all of your videos prior. LOL. But Thanks for this one. I plan to take my kids at Christmas time next year to Leavenworth. I heard it's BEAUTIFUL!!
