Some questions I was asked in my interview. Tell me about yourself. Why is customer service important for a company. How important is the it IT helpdesk for a company? What is one of your proudest moments in or outside of work? If a users computer monitor was flickering off and on and now they are getting a bsod, what troubleshooting steps would you take? A users home laptop connects to the internet but their work laptop is not showing an internet connection. How would you troubleshoot this situation? Name a time when you made a mistake and how did you handle the situation and what did you learn from it? What remote desktop services have you used before? Do you know how to setup RDP? Hopefully this information is helpful to some of you.

you can use your own webcam, but just be sure it's esily movable, when you take proctored exams they want you to show them the entire room.

I just got a job as a NOC I assistant I was scared and nervous I really needed the job and they made me do 2 interviews, one in Portuguese and one in English fortunately I got it even if my technical knowledge is not my strong area and I was really struggling since I just start studying to become a Software Engineer, my knowledge is pretty close to zero, they wanted someone who is capable of speaking fluent English and have experience with customer service and studying a related career. Now they are going to train me but I am looking more info and what course I should get to not only be capable of do an excellent job but to also improve my quality of life.

I got the same machine and love it, but now it won't turn on. i used to have to press the button a couple times and it would go. now you hear it power up but it won't turn on. it was running perfectly fine until this started and i can't seem to find anyone who will or wants to look into it. Just go and buy a new one is all you get when it was working perfectly..

I understand you frustration, given the age of these machines, buy a new machine is likely all you'll here out there. and if the machine does what you need it to, I say keep it as long as it does. On the issue could be a bad button, or power supply. gonna have to troublshoot to narrow it down

Hey big bro! I just wanted to let you know that I recently entered the tech field and I started interviewing for help desk jobs. I actually accepted an offer and I start tomorrow. I wanted to thank you because your videos helped me IMMENSLY with my confidence. I already interview really well and I was just nervous about the technical aspect. They ended up not asking me almost any tech questions but just listening to you explain things gave me the confidence to go in there and give it my best. Hi there. First time here. Big thanks for the information! I came from a tech support role where we focused on troubleshooting Paas systems, api issues, and site issues, password resets but not so much with networking and Windows active directory. Do you think systems admin can be a great fit? I dont know the next move after tech support other than tech support engineer roles.
