Arlo Door Bell never shows the person who presses the bell until 5-10 minutes later. I get the notification 2 minutes later but no picture. I have a fast as heck network. Even switched "upgraded" router and still the same. All the rest of my cameras Arlo Pro3 have been very good. A bit of a struggle in AZ with the stucco homes with the chicken wire under the stucco acting like a faraday cage. Now that I am back to a wood framed house in different state they are all fine.

You did press the sync button to turn it on right (press and hold) 🤔 and it is not connected as it should come with an eu plug and a uk plug to attach

They said no contracts, yet your payment for equipment t is on contract

Because they disconnect all the time and it takes a full factory restore to connect again. And they “go dark” all the time. Don’t lose that dumb little paper they give you for set up on 12ft+ ceilings

So fed up with my system. Constantly connecting and disconnecting from my wifi. ( my tv, computer, iPad and iPhone have zero issues with my wifi) constantly signs me out. I’ve called them numerous times and they’ve actually sent me another base unit to connect to my Wi-Fi but still have issues… looking at other companies

I think your just a simply safe fan because when I first stayers ago with home security ring was always number 1 because it did offer self monitoring. Simply safe had to adjust to keep up with ring also when I was looking into it simple safe customer service was horrible. Granted ring is not like it was I personally think people are eventually going to go to self monitoring with both companies
