system constantly is offline and factory reset, unplugged the unit, and restarted the internet modem. When the system goes offline the internet is working fine. As I write this complaint the systems went offline twice but my Fire Stick TV is working fine and the internet signal is strong so I believe this system is defective I can not safely protect or have surveillance of my home which is why I purchased this system and I can not arm the system from the application without having some type of issue like I arm the system away from home and it detected a noise which is the hub beeping and triggered the alarm so it set it own self off

I disagree with too much bandwidth with two alarm systems. It depends on the internet provider and whether it is cable or fiber. I had two Alarm Systems and they worked well. If someone is having a serious issue with an intruder, the intruder can only deactivate one alarm system, so the other alarm system will contact the police. I had issues in the beginning where both were calling the police - so that is something that had to be worked out. However, as more technology knowledge and devices advance, maybe it will work best to have just one good alarm system with some additional devices. Both alarm systems together total about $100 per month. It is a good investment considering the alternative of losing stuff you worked hard for since most insurance company's deductible is sky high.

New Arlo phone app update is horrible compared to the previous version (which is not obsolete). Too pricey too but I already have a system. Based on the poor app I;m switching.

Deep sentinel is awful. Tech is awful and their support is way worse. Service never works and the cameras break 3-4x each year. Have to buy new cameras each time. STAY AWAY

So I get the security camera thing and being respectful of your neighbors. But what about the homeowner who put up cameras for security reasons and then your neighbors decide to use lights to blind your camera and those lights render the security of your home by your cameras null?

Once I added the battery in the Ring camera, the original "1999 home door bell chime" stopped working. But b4 i put the battery in the Ring Camera, the door bell chime WORKED! Can you tell me why it won't set off the door bell chime when I put the battery in the Ring Camera?? 🤷‍♂️

I thought id add my experience with new simplisafe system, the cams. My new simplisafe tower connected. The outdoor cams won't connect to wifi. Once doing everything I tried to connect the cams and initiated it the cam wouldn't connect to my wifi. I got a flashing red light. 1st time I spent a half hour with the Mexican rep, always a problem speaking to foreigners about tech issues. We got disconnected. I was pissed. Next day I spent an hour talking to a Filipina. Cams red light still came on it couldn't connect. Now they r sending me an extender, which is rediculous waste of time, if the tower connects then the cams should connect. If not something is wrong wit 11:59 h the cams.

I would advise against using the signs and window stickers that advise thieves which system you are using.

Ring is a rip off u have to pay subscription fee and it goes up every year and when u load a camera it takes ages for camera to load then the event is missed eufy is beter no subscription fee and high quality and built in hard drive and cameras load quickly

My dad was a postal worker and they used to all be issued a can of mace that was attached to their work belt. It was to be used if they were attacked by a dog primarily. But they could use it if a person attacked them if they gave warning before using it. My dad also had a gun he was allowed to carry when he had routs he was required to walk, but he had a permit.
