The thing that bugs me is that I can’t tell which direction they’ll go for the next movie. We know that Jim Carrey is going to retire officially after this movie, which would leave agent Stone and shadow still around. The only way I see them adding a new character, while bringing more hype and setting up for the next villain, would be introducing Amy. Introducing Amy is a clear opening for them to introduce metal sonic. Robotnik has already tried to use sonic’s quills for energy and the knuckles series used knuckles quills for powering mech suits. I think something will happen to Eggman at the end of this film, which will leave agent Stone upset, for some reason, so he then makes a robot version of sonic to take out his mentors menace. And with the rise of AI, metal sonic could integrate himself into the grid and potentially become metal overlord. And so if we don’t see a Super Sonic and super shadow fight in the third movie, we would then be able to see it in the fourth.

I’m with you in not seeing the second trailer. I completely agree. I won’t be seeing it either. I’ve been spoiled on the last two Sonic movies (mainly with the post credits scenes) before watching them. I definitely want to be surprised for this movie. Though, I don’t know how much spoilers there would be (for me) considering I played Adventure 2 back in July and finished it in early August but I still think I won’t watch it

Don’t exactly remember how I got into Sonic but it’s been well over 10 years and possibly a little more at this point. One of my earliest memories was getting a PSP for Christmas one year with 4 games along with it. One of those games was Sonic Rivals and that might’ve been the first Sonic game I’ve ever played. I say might’ve because again I’m not 100% sure if that was my gateway into the series or not. Since then I’ve played almost every game and have been keeping up to date with all the new releases.

the past 2 films were really good, they had some excellent storylines & the 3rd one seems no different. honestly really excited to hear keanu reeves as shadow 😁😅

Movie 4 Prediction: Metal sonic is created with the quill that eggman would keep and create his greatest and most powerful robot, as strong as sonic. We would also see Silver come back from the future and mistake sonic for metal sonic, because metal sonic would be responsible for the doomed future of Earth. Two iconic characters for one movie... Maybe the year of Silver ? 👀

I never expected to see Gerald alive in the movie. If anything, I’m really hoping that Geralds story can be done in a good way. Honestly too at the very end, I think either Silver, Amy, or Rouge may show up in a post credits scene. IF NOT, then all three will. HELL- MAYBE EVEN METAL! Either way, I know this movie is gonna do really well. It looks sick asf!!! Can’t wait for it!
