Allstar show, not game. I've not watched that thing for 15 years. Better to get some rest, and maybe be a bit pissed off for not getting picked. It will help motivation for rest of season.

There is no disrespect, this is showing the issue with the ratings in the NBA, like MLB, the NBA has regionalized a National game, by believing that their focus should be on the celebrity portion of the NBA as it equates to market size, the team with the Stars, makret cache and drama packed into them, media wish to create a narrative at all times, unfortunately sports don't work that way. OKC the best team in the West only got talked about because people got to see them in their NBA Cup run, before that, they were a whisper on ESPN and TNT. This Wednesday if both the Cavs and OKC take care of business the way Championship contenders are supposed to, the NBA is about to witness for the first time in a long time, beautiful basketball being played at a high level by two competing teams. Wednesday's game is going to be epic, the respect will come Thursday and then again in 8 days, when the matchup happens again. The Cavs are going to have to go and take their respect, it is not going to be given. As a Cleveland fan, I would not want it any other way. Go Cavs!

Can't believe the disrespect the Cavs are receiving. Well, the proof is in the pudding. We get disrespected on this end. Let's just see where we wind up on the other end.

Since the Cavs have Vert's bird rights, they can hold on 2 him as a cap holdover because of his bird rights. The players that CLE doesn't have their birds' rights on expiring contracts are Sam, Ty, and TT. The odd man out will probably be Sam. Koby could release and sign back TT like DET did with Paul Reed 2 potentially get under the apron. Other players that mite be on the trade market that's not on expiring contracts are Tyson and CPJ. The odd man out n this scenario would be Tyson because the Cavs have so many wings ahead of him on the Depth Chart. The biggest need on this team is a Tru backup big. If u can keep Evan and Wade at the wings spots, this will make the Cavs dangerous. Duop Reath of the Portland Trailblazers would be perfect fit and could both be traded 4 either Sam or Tyson.

Y'all don't understand the business side I'll make it easy if we don't trade Strus Thompson and Tyson sobwe can' sign LAVERT and Jerome next year and avoid the tax this year y'all not acknowledging the business side Strus is getting $15million a year playing the worst on the team out of the significant players Thompson getting 3.3 and don't play and not good Tyson getting 3.6 million and he's a 2nd round talent All these are bad contracts based on their production We don't need Strus Thompson or Tyson and should trade him for a cheap reliable veteran Soon as okoro comes back we should start entertaining
@FugaroundFindOutКүн бұрын
@JokerKynG nobody is talking about our cap space and everything else you just said... strus is coming off an injury he only played like 3 or 4 games so far if that's why his stats are down.. if you watch the games he actually plays well.. Jerome is consistent off the bench and he has taken over in spurts... Thompson can go but he is our champion vet giving advice all teams need a guy like that... okoro??? Why give up our most physical 3nD guy you bugging bro... I'll be mad af if the cavs change stuff and mess up this chemistry and potential dynasty

I bet Cavs can get Val and a 2nd rnd pick from Wiz for Okoro and Thor. Val's numbers are down from his career avgs this year because Wiz keep benching him so they can lose games. Therefore he is fresh and rested, and LeBron wants Val for Lakers.

This Cavs team not only has a better, more mature Mitchell, but that jazz team had nobody else that was dynamic offensively. Cavs have DG, Evan is coming along, Levert and Ty all can get theirs. We also have better shooting and a better coach.
@teayt17242 күн бұрын
The difference is Evan Mobley. Donovan is valid -- there's like 20% semblance, but Mitchell has matured as well, with better shot selection and Garland being shifty and awesome.
@teayt17242 күн бұрын
OG, Hart, and Mikal scare me a little bit, because especially OG can neutralize Mobley. However, the Cavs will outlast the Celtics and Knicks --- the bench sparks and the financial situation make me comfortable in this team to win against both and/or have a 7 game series.

The Jazz comparison is a bit interesting but this Cavs team is definitely different and I don't think we should see similarities as a sign that the result of the year will end similarly. This team is special and they just find ways to win night in and night out and often times they win so convincingly that it's basically over by halftime. As long as they stay healthy this team is going to be the toughest opponent for any team to face come post-season.

Those Jazz teams didn’t have NEARLY the depth of the current Cavs. They didn’t have guys like Merrill/Niang/Jerome as their 9-11 guys. They also didn’t have a third star like Garland, let alone a fourth anywhere near as good as Allen. And FWIW, those GSW teams didn’t have a real MVP either. They had a great shooter who did something very different, but he wasn’t an MVP.

I thought they reminded me of the warriors team as well. A young black coach that emphasizes defense but couldn’t unlock the firepower gets replaced by an offensive minded coach who is able to unlock the offensive fire power of the team and on top of that draymond green took the leap and mobley is a way more offensive dynamic PF than draymond ever could be and they have their Shaun Livingston in Cari’s and Mo speights in Dean Wade they just need an Andrew bogut like player a big bruising body. Hopefully they can get Jonas

In the 2008-09 Eastern conference finals a bench player by the name of Mikael Petrus of the Orlando Magic by himself outscored the entire Cavaliers bench in the 6 game series that’s how bad LeBron didn’t have help.

You are absolutely correct. This team does remind me of the 08-09 Cavs team. Not in play style but the last time the Cavs felt like the team to beat. The dominance that they inflicted on the NBA. That Cavs team was beating teams before the 4th quarter. This Cavs team is doing the same thing. That 08 team had amazing chemistry as they used to be dancing on the sideline during the games. Ton of smiles and laughs. This year’s Cavs team isn’t dancing but the smiles and laughs are there. Their chemistry is amazing as well. The common theme I see in the comments is that people don’t LBJ back because he would kill this team’s chemistry. To me, that is the similarity of the 2 Cavs team. Their chemistry is incredible and they are running through the league right now….just like the old Cavs team did. I have always said that that 08 Cavs team should have won the NBA finals as it was the best Cavs team I had ever seen. Losing to the Magic was a tremendous failure for that team. Hopefully this season doesn’t end the same way. Great video and I get your take. It’s a good comparison.
@aaronbrooks74357 күн бұрын
We have better chemistry this year we have better ball movement the ball is not stuck in one person's hands while everybody else is watching and we have better shooters on the team than we did then in that season in the 66 win season
