Ok - maybe TLDR but I am a UVA alumnus from way back (1878 grad). Avid Virginia fan. Watched Jerome virtually every game 2016 -2019 and by that 2019 Natty season. Was sold. Honestly one of my favorite Virginia players ever. Why? He was never super athletic his vertical leap is almost non-existent, shooting form appears suspect because of that lack of leap, not fast but… Deceptively quick, highly skilled, so determined, and off the charts high basketball IQ. His vision is amazing, great distributor, great shooter, great leader. Ignored at Phoenix, given minutes at OKC, began to shine at GSW, I had high hopes last year before the injury. Honestly did not know how he would recover after missing the year - worried about Malcolm Brogdan syndrome. But when the news came out about his September camp play, I became hopeful. Unlike 99% of Cleveland fans, I could see this explosion coming if Ty was really healthy, He could be a key piece for Cleveland for years with this coach, culture and system. You guys have a gem.

Ill tell you one thing...if the Cavs wanna take the next step...you HAVE to bring up JT THOR .....PERIOD...this dude is literally a 7ft LAURI MARKENNAN REPLACEMENT.....FOR PEANUTS!!!!......not only that this guy is coming off of playing in the OLYMPICS!!!!!.....the only other CAVALIER CURRENT to play in this past yrs OLYMPICS is our COACH...assistant coach in the OLYMPICS for FRANCE!!...so why cant he SEE this??!!!!😢😢😢

@@jessicamaxiell7832 I agree with you but if Ty Jerome tells you anything about what the organization sees vs what the fans see, then I'd say there's a reason for giving him more time to develop in the G League. As far as I'm concerned though, his last performance earned him some meaningful minutes

2017 mo williams is a good comp for his projected play. From what we knew hes just some guard thats been on a few teams and hasnt established himself in the league so I really had no expectations of what his contribution would be.

Emergence of Jerome allows DG to be traded. That would increase salary cap room, recoup draft picks used to get Donovan, and get a quality wing. Main concern for team should be terrible performance of training staff. Time to replace people from Cleveland Clinic with some from OSU hospital.
