I got Todd Helton many times at Coors Field early 2000s.Usually,it was before games,he came over often but it was just th because there were many people. I caught him walking into the stadium or a day with less than 10 people.Then he signed a full autograph.He was always a 1 per signer even if alone with him. He was an easy autograph to obtain at Coors Field,just hope you could get the more full autograph!

I have never been trolled so much as waiting for the George Kell video to drop. If it is a bandwidth issue, I can step in as a “guest host” for that one. My creds include: having owned ~100 George Kell autos; observed him sign multiple times, including standing/walking and seated, still know his home addy for TTM (although this post would get deleted by KZbin if I typed it), and I know his middle name. Additionally, the review video I created last summer for our new golf cart got more than 8,900 views (Altitude Capitalist - 2023 Evolution Forester 4 Plus review), so I probably cannot make the Kell video go viral, but can probably get a lot of eyeballs. But please, if you don’t take me up on this get the Kell video posted ASAP - no more distractions!!

Does anyone know the economics of these massive autograph signing events. Are players paid a flat fee for their time? Do players set the prices and get a piece of the action? Who decides a guy gets more for affording his auto to one type of item compared to another? How does this work!
@baseballHOFautographs25 күн бұрын
@@benjaminlyng8269 each person is different, but usually is they get paid a flat fee plus a piece of sales
@benjaminlyng826926 күн бұрын
I saw the prices for Cal it is astronomical - really all of these prices were sky high. Was there a line of people paying that kind of $ for Ripken? What was demand like at these prices? And there was a strange note for cal that he would not pose for a picture with you. Did not see that note with the others. His middle name is Edwin.

What a great ball! I remember the days there were a great many autograph dealers at the National. I think it is interesting how many autographed cards are now being sold by the dealers with such high prices especially rookie cards of HOFamers.
@baseballHOFautographs26 күн бұрын
@@larrygitlin6017 yes, I remember those days also. I come to the national every year partially to see them, but know they are never returning.
The Rice definitely looks unusual but I've seen that Red Ruffing style "R" on some low value items and HOF weekend balls as well. I did a deep dive on the sig and went pretty much year by year.
