it absolutely is pseudoscience, with that being said placebo effect is also a thing so my belief is that as long as it's not harming you its not a problem. should probably check with a real doctor first just to be on the safe side.

Very old video I know, but maybe someone still might find this helpful. If you mix all three colors they sent you in the right amounts you will get copper. Adding a little yellow to the orange takes out some of the red. Adding the reddish color to the orange cancels out more orange. Still a great video. I enjoyed it 7 years later. 😂
