Loved this vlog, your hair turned out beautiful and the tan looks good🧡. When people comment about my appearance like tan, makeup, no makeup, like in a rude way not just sharing their opinion in a "normal" way like "why do you wear makeup, tan, hairstyles it's lockdown, who do you need to look good for?" in my head I'm like ".. not doing it for anybody but me". Brown dyes got either red or green pigments, so depending on what kind of results you aiming for you need to check for those. So that's why when you put brown dye over red dye, it will eventually fade into red or the red pigments (or some other weird tone depending on your build up) will be visible no matter how dark you dye it. If you want to use perm brown box dye, you should pick a shade 1-2 lighter than the one you actually want, especially when you already got dyed hair, that's a lot of build up underneath so the risk of it coming out in the wrong shade is higher. Keeping track of pigments and shades are the way to go, I've learnt the hard way too 😅 Box dye is tricky business! Hope this makes some sense, English is not my first language and typing on the phone is annoying lol But I think you look great! Any colour seem to suit you 😄

Dayum, I knew I should have got the medium brown. Thanks for the knowledge! I usually use those ‘colour before’ boxes a few times a year to strip the colour out but I have no idea if they’re actually helpful or just another chemical process for impatient home dyers like me haha x

@@olibombbb It helps yes! Also box dyes are based on virgin hair results. Google colour correction, colour wheel and pre-pigmentation if you want more explanation. When I learnt this a few years ago I got new respect and understanding for my hairdresser 😂 Good luck on future experiments! 😄

Dark brown hair dye always comes out black on me. All I want is my hair to be a dark chocolatey color, is that so much to ask? The color looked great on ya though, but yeah, it's frustrating when you're expecting one color and you get another!

I know! It’s so annoying! This is why I usually go for semi permanent dyes but they didn’t have any😭 thank you💛

When you say that you are weighing your food, I don’t mean to pry but can I please just advise you to be careful? To not get too into calorie counting or restricting your diet in any way? I don’t mean to be intrusive I’m just concerned 💛 I really enjoyed the vlog by the way. And when you said that you wear fake tan for yourself, that’s the right attitude to have! Yeah that’s fine I hear you😊 I’ve been down that road before and it was not nice, I won’t be going back there hell nah. And to be honest I quite enjoy my jiggly butt🤩 I just find it makes it a lot easier for me to see what goes into food and stuff. The app I use tells you if you have had too little/too much of something too so it’s all helpful. Thanks for the concern💛 I will be careful xxx

That’s fine I understand but you don’t have to wear masks outside in England, and the people I see indoors are who I work with on a daily basis. My work may not be open but I’m back working and off furlough now. I may not be perfect but I’ve been pretty careful throughout this whole thing, there are influencers out there throwing parties with so many people and putting people at risk everyday. I can’t even remember the last time I saw my parents
