Thanks for the video, Alex! Some good points here. One thing that helps me is really expensive filters for my furnace/AC and change them about every 2-3 weeks. When nature turns it on in fall, I feel like death is coming. Really. Like Im going to die

Check Altra. Great shoes. Much wider toebox than other brands. If you get numb I guess you get poor circulation in your feet.

Really interesting video, especially as I'm trying to do something similar. Did you notice much difference in your body weight? did your eating habits improve? Did my 5k PB last week at 23.12 so was chuffed with that but it was on a flat track which makes a massive difference. Think I would struggle to run 5k in under 25 mins with steep inclines.

I have never run 5k before just Started my first run at 32.25min after almost 3 weeks later did my personal best so far at 25.85min. doing runs twice a week giving ample recovery time.. but planning for at least 3 runs a week hopefully if fitness holds in good stead..

I deleted the FB app March 2020. I still have an account but as I don’t have the app and have to check via browser naturally I only look once or twice a week. Really noticed what was being shown to me was very different! Along with the fact I can still communicate with all the people I actually want to still.

Getting up early is way easier in summer. Great time to get out run/cycle. See way more blue skies that way! Half the time it’s turned grey and over cast by 9am 🤣 That said getting up early in winter is important so you can make the most of the daylight hours. Get stuff out the way early.

Nice Channel Alex! the main thing you want to prioritize is you're energy, so that you can aline it with you're sleep schedule and the things you do trough the day. this it key to get the most out of life.

Hey man! It almost sounds like you might have Chronic Exertional Syndrome (like me)! It’s exercise induced and causes tightness and pain in your calves and foot numbness. Depending on my running fitness my feet go numb around the same time during my run and then they come back and I’m usually able to finish my run without them going numb again. I currently have PFS (a type of runners knee) most likely stemming from a random half-marathon I did without much prep work. So I’m waiting to try a chiropractor and see if that works (I obviously wouldn’t be able to see if it works until I can run again) but the other option is surgery which I want to avoid. Go see a doctor though if you continue to have tightness/pain in your calves and foot numbness! Anyways have fun with running and be safe!
