@@Bluek10sqaurebody86 they start good make sure you have good glow plugs and good batteries with good clean connections. For glow plugs I would recommend Bosch duraterms and a manual glow plug controller they are self limiting so you can hold them on all day and they won’t blow up.

Is the hammer tap necessary? If it’s simply threads only is that going to damage the threads in the carb?

No the screwdriver is smaller than the thread diameter. The hamer just wedges it into the jet to remove it.

No, because the governor only allows 3600rpm. He has it turning 6000rpm when it let go.

Thanks for the insight. Think I'll adjust my arm as well, until i buy a larger motor. Seems like a better option than upgrading the hisun and gambling. Gearing ratios or a torque converter is the furthest ill go on my clone.

Yes you are correct in my stage one video i dropped a valve. So I recommend 18lb springs and a tach and keep it around 5500 for cruising and no more than 6000 preferably cause I drop my valves at 6400 lol stage 1 makes a really big difference!

I do on my other bike they both had 16mm cranks but my black bike I installed the max stroke crank from omb to get 3/4” crank.

i did it without taking the fuel or airbox off, it took me 3 minutes and went from 18 mph to 30. way too high of rpms though

Yea I did my other one without taking anything apart either. Just took it apart to make it easier to see and stuff. The rpms weren’t a problem for me with the stock exhaust. But when I put the stage 1 on it reved to 6400rpm and dropped a valve. kzbin.info/www/bejne/e2moZoRoib9mha8 now it has a billet flywheel and waiting on billet rod.

Shouldn’t. Just depends on how violent you get with the jet. Then once you get it out you might can cut a slit in it for a flat head screwdriver.

That's a good video. You covered most all of the things to look over on the engine if you get a bike in that condition. Did you say 15W50? That's pretty thick.

Welp, looks like good information. Never had this problem or even seen this happen. I would suggest a billet flywheel and connecting rod immediately. These engine aren’t designed to be revved passed 4000 rpms and will cause catastrophic failure soon. But you do know what you’re doing so I won’t bother you much more on what you should or shouldn’t do. Good video. Keep it up.

Trimming down the spring is something that more people should know about. I did that to my Colemans years ago and it works great. If you trim it too far you can add the small spring that GX200 and clones come with including Predator. The small spring helps get it back to idle.

No problem. You could get a advance timing key and install it backwards. But the reason I didn’t do that is because if the flywheel slips with a key in it can destroy the flywheel. But if you lap the flywheel and torque to spec it should come in done. Thanks for watching.

They came with the bars. The bars are some cheap Amazon bars. The pad says “pit bike” that was one reason I bought them so they’ll kind of look like pro tapers. I have the same bike. Did 265 cam. 22 lb valve springs. Billet flywheel and rod. 22 mm mikuni. Extensive head work And CVT. Tops 60 mph now. I also made a springer seat for it. Much more comfortable now.
