Did your wife take your IRS 1040s to the interview?
@destinationphilippineschannelАй бұрын
She took 1040, also a transcript from IRS. Most recent pay stub. Everything needs to be uploaded too.
@claytonbigsbyАй бұрын
@destinationphilippineschannel ok thanks. I am self-employed so I'll have her take my 1040. My wife goes for biometrics 12/16, physical on 1/8 and interview 1/13.

Thanks for the info. Ive been researching total budget on having a wedding such as this and thinking 500k would be around the ballpark but this gave me a good idea of how much you spent could provide the expectations i was looking for. Thank you again.

Do you have your US phone with you when you're going to use a credit card in the Philippines for Two-factor authentication? Are you still using tmobile 15.00 plan in the Philippines?
@destinationphilippineschannel3 ай бұрын
I have used my old extra phone the last couple of years with the T-Mobile sim card while in the Philippines. I recently bought a new phone. Motorola Edge. It has dual sims. One is an 'e-sim' and the other physical sim. The e-sim is the t-mobile account and the physical sim is my globe sim. Only need one phone now. The Two-factor authentication works just fine as long as I am on wi-fi. Gotta have wifi calling enabled. As far as the $15.00 plan. It also doesn't matter where you are in the world. As long as I am connected to wifi my phone works as it does in the USA. Hope that helps. Cheers!

@destinationphilippineschannel4 ай бұрын
Hey Steven. Your place is in Koronadal also? Cool. You are from Wisconsin? My first wife and my boys are in Green Bay. The lots we bought a couple years ago are near Carpenter hill. We plan to build in 3-5 years. We did the spousal visa so my wife would be a permanent resident as soon as she gets to the USA.. Where is your place in Koronadal? I am actually in Koronadal right now. Will head back to Seattle on Wednesday. Cheers!

I will never understand the no toilet paper. I mean how do you dry off. What about girls peeing how do they wipe the junk. What if the water pressure is bad. Then they eat with their hands. It's not adding up.

Using the hose is more sanitary if it is working. But yeah, the drip drying. lol

The waiting is crazy. What visa category is yours? Ours is CR1. We were married in November of 2022. They would probably change it to a IR1 if they don't get April's interview soon.
