UAE-most of the clinical areas have 12 hr shifts/45 hrs per week.But very bad work life balance due to frequently changing rotas,frequent calls on off days to take extra shifts,hard to get leaves etc. AU-12 hr shift/36 hrs per week.Excellent Worklife balance. No disturbing calls on off duties. More salary too. AU is the best in my experience.

I think needs to understand little more about Australian wages system, doesn't matter FT, PPT , casual or agency every ones wages /hourly rates are same according to the years experience. There will be a union agreement, which needs to followup. FT and PPT employees have access to much more benefits such as leave entitlements, however casual and agency get paid slightly high as they receive casual loadings then they don't have any leave entitlements. Some agency give extra few dollars separately to their staff, but not all agency give this, otherwise NSW health pays directly to all employees doesn't matter FT, PPT , casual or agency staff. Salary can be slightly different, when shift allowances or weekend or public holiday penalties add in to their salary. Australian tax systems is very simple, $18200 tax free for all Australian resident for tax purposes, all other income will be taxed according to certain tax brackets. Australian pension system is very complicated, please don't think the tax we pays now , it will be back as pension in our old ages. Center link will do an income test assessment, means aged care pension is not accessible to every Australians. Medical facilities government doesn't give free, we pays 2% Medicare leavy pays on our taxable income on top of our taxes. Also Medicare leavy surcharge apply to high income earns unless they have private health insurance. Sorry I am not pointing out you wrong, sometimes public thinks that people making so much money in Australia and this is not true however Australian life is far better than many other countries, i will say one of the best country in the world.

UK യിൽ എല്ലാം free ആണ് , NHS ഇൽ പോയാൽ 6-12months ആണ് Appointment waiting. പിന്നെ Mortgage ന്റെ കാര്യം പറയാനില്ല , interest എല്ലാം വളരെ കുറവ് . Sick leave sick ആവുന്നവർക്കാണ് , അല്ലാതെ uk യിലെ പോലെ Birthday, Holy communion, holiday പോകാനുള്ള sick അല്ല. 5 വർഷത്തിൽ ഒരു വർഷം പോലും ജോലി ചെയാത്തവരുണ്ട് എന്റെ അറിവിൽ UK യിൽ .NHS ഇൽ join ചെയ്താൽ അടുത്ത മാസം pregnant ആണ് , പിന്നെ sick ലീവിന്റെ ചാകരയാണ് , delivery കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 9-12 months കഴിഞ്ഞു വന്നാൽ മതി , അടുത്ത 3 മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ വീണ്ടും pregnant .. ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ളവർക്കു മറ്റു രാജ്യങ്ങൾ കുറച്ചു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടായിരിക്കും ..ഒരുപാട് misuse ചെയ്തു ചെയ്തു ഇംഗ്ലീഷ്കാർക്കും കാര്യങ്ങൾ മനസിലായി വരുന്നുണ്ട് .. ഈയിടെ നടന്നതൊക്കെ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുമല്ലോ അല്ലേ .. ജോലി ചെയ്യാതെ salary മാത്രം സ്വപ്നം കാണുന്നവരാണ് ഭൂരിപക്ഷവും .. രണ്ടു കുട്ടികളെയും നാട്ടിലാക്കിയിട്ടു cares leave എടുത്തു tour പോകുന്നവരെ കാണിച്ചു തരാം .. ഒരു കാര്യം സത്യമാണ് , ജോലി കിട്ടുന്നത് വരെയുള്ള hardwork ഉം ആവേശവുമൊന്നും ജോലി കിട്ടിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ മിക്കവരിലും കാണാറില്ല , പ്രത്യകിച്ചും മല്ലു നഴ്സസ് . ആത്മാർത്ഥതയുള്ള ഒരു ചെറിയ ശതമാനം ക്ഷമിക്കുക. 🥴🥴

For those who are coming from reciprocal Health care agreement countries like UK or Ireland they will get reciprocal medicare even if you are on 482 visa.
