UAE ye patti sherik ariyilla alle working hours off and all details half parnjth thetanu.we have also 5 days duty and 2 days off and most of hospitls 12 hrs shift in a week 4 duty 3 off like that.so u wil get more time to spend with family and maternity leave paid 90 days sickleave 15 days in an year.

UAE-most of the clinical areas have 12 hr shifts/45 hrs per week.But very bad work life balance due to frequently changing rotas,frequent calls on off days to take extra shifts,hard to get leaves etc. AU-12 hr shift/36 hrs per week.Excellent Worklife balance. No disturbing calls on off duties. More salary too. AU is the best in my experience.

U will never gate 2.2 tk 2.5 lakhs in UK unless you work overtime and cost parity nokkuvaabel...its pathetic...rents , council tax...utility enokke ullathu van durantham...so if u are a family person with spouse working then u might save around 800 to 1000 pounds per month ( in this venam naatilekku ulla ticket eddukkan)

I'm a band 6 nurse earning 3 lakhs after tax without doing any overtime so don't mislead others by saying that it's not possible to earn money...and becoming a band 6 or band 7 in NHS nowadays is not a big thing unless you are that bad in your job...

There are many trusts in the UK including my trust which will count your experience back home and will start you as a top band 5 nurse.... As soon as the 6 month preceptorship finishes can apply for a band 6 post too...
