📢 À l'attention de tous les fans de via ferrata de France ! Nous tenons à clarifier une confusion qui a persisté trop longtemps : la via ferrata que beaucoup d'entre vous connaissent sous le nom de "via ferrata du diable" en Haute Maurienne est situé en réalité sur les communes d'Avrieux et Aussois. En effet, cette magnifique via ferrata est à 64 % sur la commune d'Avrieux et 36% sur Aussois. Malheureusement, une erreur (volontaire ou involontaire) sur Apidae l'a localisée sur Aussois, ce qui est totalement inexact. Nous vous invitons donc, lors de vos prochaines visites dans notre belle vallée de la Maurienne, à bien indiquer qu'il s'agit de la via ferrata du diable d'Avrieux-Aussois ou l'inverse. il est essentiel de comprendre que le territoire d'appartenance des sites joue un rôle crucial pour les communes concernées. Aussois et Avrieux investissent constamment pour améliorer et entretenir leurs infrastructures et sites touristiques. Ces efforts sont directement liés à la reconnaissance et à la visibilité des sites sur leur territoire. Le fait qu'Avrieux soit souvent oublié, tandis qu'Aussois est systématiquement cité, pose un réel problème de visibilité pour notre commune. I used to jump into the Jed from a trudge bar by in summer hen a kid, always seen his cave butane went nato it s it was high up

Hello Cam, thanks for your comment, yes I also used to swim near there at Tammy Whites below the scaur. Also used to jump off the bridges. The cave is quite high and a bit more difficult to access than it was 50 years ago.

Looks rock solid and runs very smooth. Chapeau. Do you use closed loop stepper control, or is the max generated force within the limits of the Max allowed torque?

Hi , I use a 6 axis control board which has all motor functions programmable. In this video all motors are set at half power as construction and programming is still in progress.

Oui, tout est automatique. Un programme informatique commande les six moteurs pas à pas. Yes its all automatic. A computer programme controls the six stepper motors.

Aussois is a fantastic hidden jewel for Via Feratta. 6 great climbs all within 1 square kilometre. This video shows the longest Ferrata bridge in France. Another climb is up adjacent to a waterfall. The routes are well maintained with large car parks and toilet facilities on both sides of the very deep gorge. All are situated beside the massive Fort Victor Emmanuel with a campsite and campervan service point up in the village. I have climbed here every year for 5 years and looking forward to going back.
