Check out align tactical for another pedal. I like the short stroke flat trigger from MCarbo. I have a video comparison of that one with the sig flat one.

I’m thinking of getting the 8+1 model. Can’t find full size 8rd magazines anywhere though. Min is 9. Would that still fit and just not be flush with the frame?

Felt recoil isn’t bad. But the muzzle rise is a little more than I’d like but it’s an extremely light pistol. So goes with the territory

I took mine to the range this morning for break in. It was nothing but malfunctions for the first 100 rounds, then ran perfectly for the next 200. I mean, it failed to go into battery, double feed malfunctions, you name it, but once I got past that first 100 rounds or so, it ran like a sewing machine. Still not going to be my carry gun, it'll be a range fun gun.

See that break in period really bugs me. Like a gun shouldn’t have sooo many malfunctions out of the gate. It messes with your mind about using it , especially for defense

Mine would not fully return to battery. It was doing it a lot and it was very annoying! I put the problem at the feed ramp and chamber. I carefully polished both and the next time I took it out to the range, it was 100% better! It ate everything with no further problems. Shouldn't have to do this to a new pistol, especially a Taran Tac!!

Don’t know the exact I had just started getting into competition so I didn’t think to measure if it fit the USPSA gauge 141MM. I’ve since then moved on to the new Sig SXG and don’t have the Rival anymore.

It’s a little longer since the barrel is 4.3” and the XL is 3.7” I believe. Plus the serration style are new on this Fuse.

I had similar issues with mine as well. Upon inspection the rear rail on the right side had issues with the plastic being cut into some how . Then that piece of plastic fell off leaving a divot in the rail .. I just sent it in for service but after reading all these comments and videos I’m not to hopeful.

Being a limited edition release , they probably didn’t have the best QC on it and rushed them since announcing at Shot Show. But hopefully they take care of you.

Your thumb is pressing pretty firm into that slide. Probably because you're used to the CZ slide in frame design.

A few people said that but you can see i never changed my grip and it stopped happening midway thru the 1st mag. I still shoot it the same way in competition and no issues. it just needed to loosen up right out of the box.

Its a very accurate shooter, doesnt have alot of felt recoil but does have more muzzle rise than i would like. Nothing to crazy just expected slightly less. Not a deal breaker by any means tho.

@@PhatTacticalvery light springs, the European version has even lighter springs and nickel coated trigger bar and firing pin spring. Also the pistol Is extremely light for its size. You can’t have lightweight, light spring pistol and expect it to shoot flat but proper grip should help a lot. Slide is very easy to pull even with just two fingers

@@patent5421 I only really started diving deeper into pistol shooting and competition earlier this year..so im barely scratching the surface on the make up of the gun and how it all works together...things like the recoil system and different # springs..weights, etc etc. But yes now knowing that about the H&K's makes perfect sense.

@@SNAKEDOCTOR99GT no sorry; Canik said to use heavier grain rounds for up to 200 rounds to break it in. I have the same grip on all my pistols. The TTI is the only one to do this out of the box with these type of malfunctions. You’re talking about over 20 pistols and the TTI again was the only one to do this.

Felt great and very soft shooter. Nice low recoil movement…or lack of. I never really lost the dot out of the window. Can’t wait to train more and more and get more in tune with the gun.

Yeah 1st time shooting it without much practice.caused a slow trigger and not sure how the gun reacts. But yeah this was a used mag I bought, probably open it up and check the springs. But yeah always good to have extra mags. I think I have 5 new mags and 4 used mags I picked up.
