might return to battery if you take your support thumb off the slide

I don’t apply pressure with my support thumb. Midway after the 1st mag, it was returning on its own.

Great review and breakdown. The SXG looks sweet! I’m hoping they sell the steel grip separately in the near future.

Your thumb is pressing pretty firm into that slide. Probably because you're used to the CZ slide in frame design.
@PhatTactical27 күн бұрын
A few people said that but you can see i never changed my grip and it stopped happening midway thru the 1st mag. I still shoot it the same way in competition and no issues. it just needed to loosen up right out of the box.

its looks bigger than the Walther PDP SF but comparing the AXG (assuming that the AXG = SXG grip ) on gunhero shows that the grip lenght is smaller and that you dont get up/in to it as good as the Walther. Less trigger reach also. I really thought this gonna be a big gun.
@PhatTactical2 ай бұрын
my buddy has the PDP SF, i may have to do a comparison video.

@@PhatTactical Would love that - I shoot PDP polymer today but are moving to steel. I was going for the PDP or Canik steel but with the SXG It is an third player
@PhatTactical2 ай бұрын
@@oddsparrow8522 You're on the same path i was in. I started with the Canik Rival S then it started giving me alot of extraction issues which i could never get corrected no matter what i changed on it. Then i moved on to the smaller Q5 Steel but the compact grip was too small for me (shouldve gone with PDP Steel) and now the SXG is in my hands so i will start to run that one in October once i get more mags and a holster for it.

Sweet pick up she is a sexy gal! How do you compare the grip angle/profile and ergonomics to your CZ S2 Orange? Glad you enjoyed thanks for the review. Pretty sure they make gas pedal thumbrests for the 320 take down lever (align tactical and goguns maybe?). I heard Sig Armorer had something for that slow slide into battery feature (disconnector or something?). It its on the possible list for me but haven't seen it below the 1800 msrp yet, and would probably grab a DWX or race style CZ for that money. Please review that new sig max m. optic that looks awesome and DPP footprint I believe. Was it 700 or is the optic going for less?
@PhatTactical2 ай бұрын
@@LVbibby I’ll have to feel them both at the same time and get back to you on the ergonomics between this and the S2. Yeah I think the gas pedals for all full size 320’s will work in this one. I’m a newly coined NRA basic pistol instructor and Sig has a discount program for us so luckily I got the pistol and the Max Pro at the discounted prices. Hopefully it gets here soon.
