Can I buy a seat attachment for this machine?
@LukesGarageGym13 сағат бұрын
they don’t sell anything on their website so you probably just have to use a bench and if you want to go heavy, you could use a seatbelt from gym pin to hold you down
@ThomasHentschelLund18 сағат бұрын
I have something similar as this attachment - but without the seat - for around $100 on Aliexpress. What I did was to remove the weight horn, put on a bolt with a hole and attach it to a low row cable in my rack. Gives full strength curve and makes it super low profile on the inside of the rack.
@LukesGarageGym18 сағат бұрын
dude, that is awesome! You should send me a picture of our video of it to my email into description of the video because I think that’s an awesome idea! Finding a way to get it to your existing cable stack literally solves all these issues

Solid review, though I wish you would've shown some footage of you using the plate hack! I'd be curious to see how well it actually works with this setup. Given how annoying it is to put on and off and ideally needing a dedicated rack upright for this it doesn't seem like you save much space since you lose a part of your rack to use this. I feel like most would probably be better off just getting a dedicated machine like the Lionscool v3.0 or Gear for Fit Freestanding Leg Extension/Curl. Would love to see a review of those!
@LukesGarageGym3 күн бұрын
It’s so funny you say they Lionscool because I just got it in!! I want to try and test the hack more and post some more shorts of it up but wanted to get this review out atleast to give my thoughts on it right now so I just mentioned HGHR and what he did

It's overpriced period. Package deal or not. As others said you can DYI for $20 to $50 max. Might as well buy the wall tower from Titan fitness for $250 in my opinion. New to your channel and I love your content.
@LukesGarageGym3 күн бұрын
bro, that Titan wall mounted is a steal. I know Mikolo has one too for a little cheaper! I know they dropped the price of this and have a package now, but a lot of people will steer towards that wall mounted option because it’s just more logical! I love these type of innovations because it’s fun to show what’s out there but you’re not wrong on something like this being a little overpriced! They want me to do a dual bullet pulley review down the line where I can show more movements with two of them, but no matter what it definitely comes across as pricey! Appreciate you checking out brother and Love talking at home gyms!
@Whitechocolate18723 күн бұрын
@@LukesGarageGym sad thing is that the Titan one was $185 for the short version right before Thanksgiving. I didn't buy it thinking it would be even cheaper for Black Friday. Instead it never got below $215. I have it in my cart as we speak and if it hits $215 again then I am buying it. I was looking at the Mikolo one and they have one for $250 and would allow me to use your code for 5% off but it was scratch and dent. I like Companies who allow you to use coupons and codes even when it's on sell so I will be keeping my eye open on Mikolo items. Smith machine for a rack for $900 is exactly why i said the BOS is beyond overpriced as an add on but hey what do I know. I still don't get Mikolo leg extension being sold out for 2 X 2 racks and nothing on when they expect it again. That's literally the main thing I want for my home gym. Might just get one without a seat off Amazon for $100 and if it's crap then send it back. Do you have links for Amazon products as well?

I feel like these really missed the mark. Between Walmart and Temu you can get a stand alone piece between $150-$225 that does a much better job. The rack attachment aspect seems more gimmicky than beneficial. Love the budget home gym content… keep it coming
@LukesGarageGym3 күн бұрын
yeah, there’s definitely a lot of those out there! I think this is a market for people who don’t want to free up any more space and just want this on their rack and then they use their rack with this on it for powerlifting if you use the seat on the outside of the rack! What’s your go to leg extension leg curl unit?
@adampape87343 күн бұрын
@ I have been using the valor fitness one for about two years. Just pulled the trigger on a syedee one with the attached leg holder instead of the t shaped one that valor has. Hate that leg holder design hoping the syedee is better. $146 delivered from temu with coupon is hard to beat. I paid more than that for my used valor fitness one a couple years ago.

@@LukesGarageGym Yeah, I think just under $200 is where this attachment has its sweet spot in terms of price to value. The steel is thicker than I expected which was nice and I like this design better than Titan and Bells of Steel where the weight horn is on attached to the same arm as the leg roller.

Just did my first workout on mine yesterday. Only complaint I have is my weight load arm wasn’t welded on straight so when it’s down it doesn’t sit directly on the bumper. Another issue is they should’ve put the band holders on the inside of the frame so it doesn’t affect the weight plates. I’ll probably make some modifications of my own to it but overall it’ll get the job done
