@@LukesGarageGym I think all you need is a tripod. Film all the exercises in advance and then just add clips in a review when you're explaining that exercise.

Not gonna lie, this thing looks legit. I've got a functional trainer from X Mark and it's pretty nice. But it's only a 2:1 ratio. The 1:1 option here is great. Granted I have a stand alone 1:1 Lat Pulldown and Low Row with a 300lb stack. Totally overkill. But I make overkill purchases often. The aluminum pulley's should be the standard at this point. My X Mark has the nylon pulley's but my Vesta Rack has the aluminum. Total game changer. I always thought Coop from GGR made this too big of a deal with the pulley's but he was right. BUT!!! You can actually buy aluminum pulley's for anywhere from 4-10 bucks a piece. So I might try that. Mikolo hit the mark with this one. Nice review Luke.

Looks really solid! I think the pricing is a little high though. Mikolo often sells all-in-one racks + smith + functional trainer units like their M4 for $1,000 and under. This functional trainer has significantly less functionality with the only advantage being it has weight stacks and the switchable 2:1 and 1:1 pulley ratio. I don't think that 352lbs of weight and some extra pulleys should add $1,200+ to the price, especially when it's all still using 14-gauge steel. I'd rather they just sell a weight-stack upgrade for their racks for like $500 and that would put the total around $1,500 on sale for a much more versatile setup that enables you to use rack attachments and a smith machine as well. Just not seeing how this piece justifies its cost unfortunately.

they don’t sell anything on their website so you probably just have to use a bench and if you want to go heavy, you could use a seatbelt from gym pin to hold you down
