What is the max rpm for the flashed Ninja 650? Will the valve train endure regular shifting at 9,500 rpm?

I honestly thought that was an aftermarket exhaust already lol. The stock one doesn’t look too bad tbh. Sheesh those welds look flawless and sounds amazing now compared to stock. Crazy you’re getting a damping error from the exhaust wild.

@@ThatManKevin its because of the servo. They shut down the bike basically because of "emissions tampering". But yeah the bike is pretty loud it's mostly intake sound

Hey, what did you to with the flapexhaustsystem? Did you remove it completely and what did you do with the warningsignal in the dashboard?

@@MrFr0stb1te I just removed the cables and left the servo plugged in. No warning on the dash if you do this.

@MrFr0stb1te yes as long as it sees the servo plugged in it will work with no warnings. Thankfully it's not euro 5 so you can get away with this!

@@MrFr0stb1te I know mine did come with a servo fooler, a plate that you bolt to the servo that makes it think the cables are still in place. Honestly I would recommend getting a servo buddy to make sure there are no issues

Hey brother, I was told it still needs to drill some holes on it? But you said its just plug and play.. I was meaning to get me one of these as I cant endure long rides with the aggressive stance on stocks anymore, maybe getting too old heh.. can you confirm this is correct (just plug and play) and the link with revzilla is correct. Also, can you share what the angle of the bar away from the tank you used it looks a lot like the stock angle. Thank you so much

@@simplytrece I didn't have to drill any holes in mine. It isn't a lot higher than the stock bars but basically flattens out the stock bars and makes them wider.

@@hemlig3939 performance wise I can't tell a difference but there is significant weight savings by getting rid of the mid muffler. Sound wise it sounds much better and is louder. More tone without the mid muffler

I just installed this today on my 2025 Zx6R.. The Verdict? Deymmnnn!!!! a million % difference. I am not getting younger, Heli Ya! clip ons are awesome. I can ride longer and doesnt hurt my wrist my shoulder and back... This is The right one for me.. Ride safe!!

I went with the dominator full system. It's basically a Yoshi clone. Mpg wise I'm not really sure. The flash is worth it just for the improved fueling and reliability long term

It was pretty easy. You have to drill a hole where the screw is on the outside of each can. And then remove the screw
