85%matches when you see summon build necro in your team are gg already game haha….(my exp only,not saying summon build is no use at all)

@@pipi-diablo Necro is in an awkward position nowadays. As DPS, we're not as strong as Tempest, Barbs or DH. As Tank, we cannot outlast Melee tanks like Barbs and Saders. IMHO, untargettable summons are usable in BG but most of our builds, including mine, are not optimised for it yet. Teammates may not know how to coordinate with Necro Summoners too as this is new to them. Currently, the more generic yet effective Necro builds are Spin2Win (Diver Backliner Control) and Waller (Block choke points).

Yes not all players are objective focused. Some just KDA, some are there to "clock 3 dailies".

Thank you for your support! My build doesn't use 4 piece Vithu though. I use 4 Angmet, 2 Vithu, 2 Baron. The only skill that'd reliably trigger Vithu is Wraithform.

Exactly! The Chains can pull us from half a screen away, way further than the range of most of our ranged attacks LOL.

@ ikr… every time barb chains pulls me I wonder how it reached me so far like im almost out of barb’s vision like he’s already at the edge of the screen yet it can reach me. Smh

@@ioriyagami9231 That's why I have been saying that the melee classes have been overpowering the ranged classes for a long time now. It is time to remove the 30% dmg reduction that melees enjoy. Let all classes start on the same footing.

@@WynTheNecroLancer well barb is Blizzard’s favorite boy… devs play the class and they don’t want to change a thing.. they want it to be OP otherwise they will be crying over range class dominating again.

@@spectralpencil Yes it is not a strong build tbh. Anyone who wants to play Tank, Barb is a better choice. After testing the build in BG, I went back to Spin2Win.

Exactly. The edge that Ranged classes used to enjoy, are no longer there. Yet we suffer from having 30% lesser dmg reduction nowadays right off the bat. Wraithform cooldown is 5 secs in BG nowadays regardless of how stacked we are. In F2P modes like Conqueror, it is a staggering 9 secs. Necro is really in a bad spot these days.

@@WynTheNecroLancer ya, no matter how u stack wf cd with eternal gear, the cd is still 4-5secs. Balance PvP like conquerer, brawl, spin2win is not playable, wf cd is too long. I feel like spin2win nec is more melee than those melee class lol

Hi most dungeons are manageable, even the new Challenge ones. I still bring Spin2Win or Summons to DG, depending on my mood. LOL Do join the discord I linked in my profile. Plenty of Necros sharing their advice and builds there.

4:30 onwards was fun! Body-faked and ditched the DH chasing me after he used his dash. Got a small window to bandage up a little. Killed a few thereafter, attracted ALOT of attention and made enemies deal with the diver instead of my team's steppers before I went down =p

Nope, these are real players. I've not played a single game with bots before. Think when they introduced bots into BG, I'm already in Gold or Legend tier.

How is your DPS with that set up? I've tried this before but I found the DMG to be lacking. Kills > CC sometimes, especially if we're diving and don't have someone else to finish off we're just doing CC. Unless of course, you're playing near your teammates, around/on the idol or more as support Necro at the backline.

@@WynTheNecroLancer I don't complain about the dmg. I get consistent kills. I use 4xBaron, 2xVithu, 2xBanquet. I have Wulfheort, BSJ, Roiling, Mourneskull and some others that deal a lot of dmg. The thing is, for example your scythe essence which deals all dot dmg at once is not giving you any benefit other than maybe immediate kill. This dmg is going to be dealt anyways, and it could even trigger another dots, interrupting with healing etc. Replacing this essence for the one fear one, you prevent enemies from escaping, so you can do more dmg and it also prevents you and your team from being damaged. Higher survivability means also that you spend more time in game, dealing more damage. About the helmet essence, I use the one with stun ability. It's incredibly useful, you can basically enter into the whole crowd and stun them all, letting you and your teammates deal dmg for the whole time. You not only increase your survivability, but also everyone near you. My playstyle is on the enemy backline. Killing wizards is like cutting a butter, I CC them to death, they can't escape. They feel what we feel 🙂And on the way back, fearing and stunning barbs helps the team.
