Being a resident of Southern Ca most of life I could not imagine picking Phoenix over Charlotte....I have friends in Phoenix and I just can't get pass the heat in the summer...even the restaurants never cool down.

I knew you would come back! previous videos told me so lol I am also in Arizona 18 years now, North Peoria, beautiful neighborhood with a gorgeous mountain hike trail, wouldn't change it for the world, Arizona has so much to offer, places like Sedona, flagstaff, grand canyon with a lot of history and a 5 hour drive to San Diego and Disneyland, just a few to mention. It's so much easier to do this when you don't have kids...lol.. Finding yourself and moving around the country isn't in that program... I love Flagstaff & Sedona, not sure I could live in either permanently. Your hubs will definitely make more money in AZ, but costs are also crazy. I've learned wherever you go, there you are. There's always a honeymoon period, and grass is definitely not greener. I've learned to water it when I get bored.

Would love to suggest more great stops in Chattanooga if you come back through.

Sounds like you miss the Nature of the Arizona area. The rocks might make you guys feel grounded. No matter the reason, it sounds like you guys know yourselves and you can Trust that, congrats. Also, I do feel maybe it's just a West Coast vibe thing. I've lived in Seattle, WA my whole life I can't imagine being on East Coast etc, not cuz its bad, but its just not me or my type of nature (Sound, Forest etc). Enjoy your New Beginning's.

Just as you guys, we rented the first few years just to make sure it was the right decision, then sold our old house and bought one in CA. Best decision ever - we love it here! West coast is the best coast 😂
