I made some as well with dry clay and a silicone mold I purchased on Temu. I used puff paint and did have clear coat spray, but I wanted to add glitter without the mess so I used shiny glitter hairspray. They sparkle ever so slightly on my tree.

If you chop the chocolate ahead of time, you can just put it right on top of the hot sugar in the pan and the sugar will melt it. Just let the sugar set for a few mins first. Then just spread the chocolate. Slivered or sliced almonds are nice to add on top before the chocolate is set.

Nice work ! May I suggest adding some cinnamon right into the dough to create the perfect brown color (and the scent is nice !!). Also, if you bake them at a lower temp (200 degrees) for longer they don't tend to bubble 😊
