my alianware x14 is on 30 fps on fortnite and 210 F cpu temp and gpu temp is 190 F (this is my first gaming pc/laptop i diden't know alianware over heats alot :(

The warranty is with the manufacturer so be a free claim (the shop/ place of purchase deal with this for the warranty period), - for items out of warranty the buyer can go direct to the manufacturer (sales of good act) which covers items out of warranty however within the intended usage period, for example TVs are usually 5 years (could be different in US) just frustrating electrical items seem to be more complex and higher risk of failure, but designed to be short term knowing people upgrade etc!
