Well, talk about cases. The Legion case is nice, better than the stock 5.11 case. I use it to take to the range and store the pistol in the safe. The best pistol case is the Bul Armory for their SAS, I think. The 2nd best is the Sauior Specialist that Live Free Armory Apollo 11 uses. I have several Sauior cases, one in each color.

@@scottstinger6548 No, you don't need the low mount. The optic out of box can mount direct to the rail, but it will sit hight.

If I were replacing the comp, which I would like to do, I would replace it with an AC comp. I like AC much better. But of course, I would have to buy a new barrel for AC comp, too, and that's why I haven't done it yet.

It is not FDE. The chassis is Midnight Bronze, Comp and slide Burnt Bronze, small parts Smoked Bronze, and trigger is Copper Suede.

I don't know what wing eight is. If you ask about the slide, it is Sig P320 X-Compact Pro-Cut 3.6". If I remember correctly, I got that from OpticsPlanet with a discount.

The spray gun can not spray so deep into the firing pin channel; experienced painters wouldn't try that anyway. By the way, the instruction to the painter was to strip the original coating off the slide before applying the new coating. And that's why you don't see any original factory coating in the wear and tear images. When I installed the firing pin the first time and removed it to clean it after trying to zero the first day, it moved freely without obstruction. Two of the eight light Primer strikes were shot with the Texas Ranger that was not recoated. The 50rds 124gr Sellier & Bellot(?) shot on the 1st day was shot perfectly. The same goes for the couple hundred rounds of PMC Bronze 9mm 115gr. Only the 500 rounds pack Winchester 115gr had light primer strikes. I still have one box left from that pack. I plan on shooting the last box, maybe on Monday or Tuesday, to see if I will get more light primer strikes; I expected at least two more since just about every box had two. Well, one box had three, and one box had only one. 😆

@@AllenTam 2 out of 8 were shot from Texas Ranger. Have you try the rest no go ammo on other pistol? Probably ammo related issue. Comp pistol usually run off with lighter weight recoil spring. Good video, little too long😂

My Texas Ranger Flux have no issues with the loaded magazine, too.

Small. I have medium hands, and small sizes give me better control. All my P320 grip modules are small, but the AXG only comes in one size.

It is a subcompact slide with PMM subcompact barrel and compensator combo. You have to run the PMM comp with the PMM barrel. If you use any other barrel, there will be a big gap between the slide and the compensator. The grip module is full-size in size S.

The trigger is not completely locked in place with the safety level engaged; it still has about 1/8" of play.

No, you don't have to change the spring. It only pushes the gas and sounds downrange; it does nothing to reduce recoil.

I did. The CS sent me the label the next day, and I sent the frame to them immediately. The SC told me it would take two weeks. My frame was sitting on their shelf for six weeks before they took one day to replace the ejector. It then sat on the shelf for a couple more days before they sent it back to me. Altogether, it took seven weeks to get it back. They included the work order so I could see when their gunsmith started working on my frame.

@@Larry-ds6ib My 3" Roin guide rode walked out on me during the first two hundred rounds of break-in. I think it was the first two hundred rounds or three; I don't remember. Anyway, I didn't notice that until I got home to clean it. The rod barely hangs on the base/plate with just half of a circle turn. If I had brought more ammo with me, I think maybe shoot three or four more rounds, and the rod would have flown out to down range. I use red loctite to make sure it will never unscrew itself again. Be sure to check your guide rod and watch it during your break-in. Oh, and the wood grip screws all walked out, too. I can turn them with just pressing down with the figure without using screwdriver.

I was eyeballing one from a CA store, too. But I have a hard time justifying paying so much for it. I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with EGW. I'm running Atlas Gunworks toolless guide rods on a couple of my 2011, a 4.25" Commander. Their toolless guide rods work very well, and you just reminded me to order a couple more for my 5" and 4.45" Roin. I have yet to see anyone make a 3" toolless guide rod anywhere.
