This needs way, WAY more love. This is my favorite Regency adaptation of any Jane Austen novel, and Edward and Elinor are one of my very favorite Austen couples. This was beautifully done and I very nearly cried while watching it. 👏

British show called "Strike" but marketed internationally as "C.B. Strike". Based on the Cormoran Strike series of books by Robert Galbraith (pen name of J.K. Rowling of "Harry Potter" fame).

The actor playing Matt also deserves his praise because I absolutely HATED HIM. The way he gaslighted Robin ALL THE TIME.... UGH. And these two, the chemistry is incredible, everything is so SUBTLE but heartfelt. You can see the shift in their emotions without them saying A WORD. Love the series, I'm loving the books, can't wait for more.

So obsessed with them! Cormoran’s eyes at 2:21…he is giving her the most seductive look, and she gets all flustered. One of my favorite moments (out of the many many achingly gorgeous moments between them). 🥰

It's definitely like that. On one hand, really want to see them get together but at the same time I really enjoy the "will they won't they" stage and feel like without it the show would be really boring🤣I just hope they get together before it ends and we get to see them as a couple.

Well said. Their characters are taking the time and learning to know one another… resolving their past issues and growing into more adjusted people. Robin brave enough to be more resilient and Cormoran learning to trust enough to be more vulnerable. Carefully weaving a new pattern for their lives - the only way forward for them. Building the business together, working it out and forming a partnership is a huge deal! It’s a brilliant way to build trust and commitment. I’m hoping that they don’t just get slapped together suddenly and ruin the deeper love story - that would be more disappointing than them never trying - which would also be disappointing to all of us who have invested in their story but also in these characters’ journeys.
