scapula engagement is important, good progression. I am glad I found your channel.

Not to be picky , but wouldn’t that be 2 squats when using single KB, since you’re doing it once on each side but using both legs? I varied it and did a pistol squat to focus on one leg each side.

Man, I've been told by so many kettlebell people doing that is worng technique. That is also how I do pullups and muscle ups. I feel vindicated now.

I've always have only fingers in...even with 36kg bell...and I'm an old fook... and done kettlebells FOREVER... My ADHD is exploding. Context is the clean...the press is another matter.

Very similar to dynamic double progression. Weightlifter Toshiki Yamamoto also do this basically build up a wave then drop down the weight.

You also don't rotate your loaded knee in the TGU - at least sometimes. I experienced sharp knee pain when rotating my trailing leg under load. No problem, though, when I move the front leg around to the 90/90/90 position. But I've never seen it taught this way and wasn't sure if there were downsides. Now I've seen you doing it as well - which is GOOD! I really love your complex demonstrations and implemented some of them in my program. Keeps things fresh and exciting. Thanks!

Stoney stretch are not good, high risk of trauma. You have ro focus at one group of muscles, but here is 2, can't control it well.

I'm actually really excited to try this out with a pistol squat/SL squat variation. I love that this training style can be an adjunct to my main program! Great video! Thanks Notes 2:55, 5 F's 7:35, what a week may look like, volume wise. (Do plan it out at least a little. Even though keeping an intuitive feel matters a lot)

Just ran in to it, after 3 years… 🫤 Fantastic workout, mix of endurance, explosiveness, core and power… Thx for sharing, did this one today and I’m on fire, ready to go to work. 😉 All credits to Kat dough… 💪🏼

I can't believe im only finding this video now - I'm a huge fan of the channel, and I am going to start this immediately. Question... would the clean count as a pull exercise, or should it be more of a dead stop exercise? I know at the beginning you clearly call this out as being for the grinds, and the clean is a ballistic.
@HardstyleKettlebellPro2 күн бұрын
Choose a Grind for your Pull, like Pull-ups or Rows

Love your channel. That subtle shift in grip is a game changer. It’s always simple adjustments on great repeated basics that make the most difference. Even in boxing/kickboxing/Thai, if your left jab range isn’t correct and is choked off, your right round leg kick won’t be shin to thy. Great video.

Subscribed! Thanks for the video, I did 3 rounds of this with a 16kg Kettlebell, I was only slightly out of breath with a light sweat. I will try it with a heavier bell, it was a nice and enjoyable workout to finish my Rowing session. Is this supposed to be a stand alone workout ?

When pressing, wouldn't holding ur breath increase your intra abdominal pressure more to allow more pressing power? Like holding your breath when pressing a barbell.
