Thank you for your knowledge. I love coloring botanicals with my favorite Polychromos pencils and my artist husband is teaching me about shade and highlight. My goal is to not be so fearful and learn to draw them myself, which would thrill my husband. Your videos dig a bit deeper in art and creativity as a whole and I am learning so much. ❤ from Nova Scotia

That is wonderful to hear! You made my day. Thanks so much. Once we start to SEE the shadows and the highlights, then it's just a matter of building a bit of skill in rendering them in colored pencil, or graphite, or paint -- each of which takes a bit of getting used to. Observation and practice truly are the keys to mastery! And I am so happy you are enjoying art in general! - Elizabeth
