Does anyone know how this was made or who made it? Combining the two parts with this gorgeous guitar solo for the bridge is genius.

Genesis already set the highest bar in music 50 years ago. This should be the ultimate challenge for any AI music to match or even surpass this masterpiece musically, lyrically, emotionally and of course the very signature of Banksian chord progression.

These lyrics developed my young 20 ft tall fearless mind in my teens. Although I learned hard that confidence that comes from fearlessness is a dual edged sword . They still serve me to remember that girl and dance. I still “ get up” !

This is undoubtedly one of my favorites songs, and i love this ENO album also. A master piece. It is often the soundtrack of my life, moments recorded forever. THANK YOU ENO, BYRNE, BOWIE and so many others that speak the language of poetry thru the music.

Nice changes over the last one. Grace Slick is one of the unsong heroes in this world. Now, the question is, will you do a new version of 'Seasons'? I am not sure you can top the 1st one.

A close listen reveals that this song is about a man who is bitten by a female vampire and turned into one: "Her kiss that night told me it was over" (his life) "One look in the mirror told me so" (he couldn't see his reflection, a sure sign that he's a vampire) In a Songfacts interview with Buck Dharma of Blue Öyster Cult, he explained: "That's one of the several songs about vampires that we've written over the years. The idea is, Let's paint vampires in an attractive and romantic light, which I think is one of the aspects of the vampire legend that is attractive." During this period, the members of Blue Öyster Cult would write songs at home and bring them in for the band to work on, which provided a lot of variety in their songs. This one was written by their guitarist Donald Roeser, who is also known as Buck Dharma. Keyboard player Allen Lanier told the NME in 1978: "I find Donald's supernatural songs more compelling. He has this way of writing so that in 'I Love The Night' the occult angle is secondary to the love aspect. An archetypal, bizarre situation becomes universal. Recently we were in San Bernardino, California and we heard 'Riders On The Storm' followed by 'I Love The Night' on the radio. It was a real thrill to see how they measured up to each other. Both had comparable qualities."

According to Buck Dharma, "Harvester Of Eyes" is about former U.S. Supreme Court justice Abe Fortas. The following is from Compuserve's American Academic Encyclopedia: Abe Fortas, b. Memphis, Tenn., June 19, 1910, d. Apr. 5, 1982, was a prominent Washington, D. C., attorney and presidential advisor when President Lyndon B. Johnson appointed him to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1965. Johnson's subsequent nomination of Fortas as chief justice was blocked by Senate foes of his activist stand on civil liberties, and the nomination was caught up in a clash between the executive and legislative branches. In 1969, following charges of questionable ethics and conflict of interest, Fortas resigned from the Court. His arguments in GIDEON V. WAINWRIGHT (1962) established the right of the poor to legal counsel. What's all that got to do with "Harvester Of Eyes"? Not much. However, it was Fortas' senate nomination hearings which inspired Richard Meltzer to write the song's lyrics. When Fortas' avoidance of service in World War II was questioned, he responded that he had ocular tuberculosis -- which inspired the lyric, "I'm the eye-man of TV, with my occular TB".
