The gray bag is so pretty. I just pre-ordered my first Paris 15 (or anything from her). It's the new neutral collab with the Aaryn, formerly the Handbag Housewife. I instantly regretted it as I have the taupe Cassie 26 with silver hardware that I have never worn. I will have to sell one of them once the DUYP one gets here. Enjoy your purchase!

I know the box looked bad... And it's not factory wrapped but if it looks good, I would keep it. I couldn't see any flaws but I am not looking at it in person. I think it's beautiful. Wooow that box looked crazy! Good thing the bag wasn't damaged. It looks beautiful. It may have been inventory from the back since it still had stuffing in it. Sometimes when the warehouse runs out, they send bags from the actual stores. I'm glad you're happy with it 😊

For me, the less packaging the better. I don't need the box I don't need the giant bag. Unfortunately for real luxury items, you can't return them unless you have the box .

It looks to be in great condition but the box had me worried at first. I would definitely keep it since it seems to be ok and not worn. That sale had me looking at a 2nd also. I love these Large Rowans and so glad you grabbed this one. TFS

I would have been so upset! That box condition is not on UPS. That box is way too big and they didn't add any supporting stuffing.

It looks like this bag was shipped from a store instead of the warehouse. The stores usually take the bag off the shelf & ship it.

I also received a bag from the outlet that didn’t appear to be factory wrapped. Same as yours where the zipper pull had the wrapping and there was some paper stuffed in the bag, as well as wrapped on the outside. I’ve watched a lot of coach unboxing videos though and there’s usually a whole lot of plastic if it was factory wrapped. Mine isn’t damaged or worn looking either though. I got the regular Rowan.

I recently had a similar experience. My order was from Coach outlet. I thought maybe it was typical from the outlet store. It did not look factory wrapped. Also, it did not come with the receipt in the black envelope. Another disappointment is now the bag is priced at an even bigger discount. I called customer service. They told me the receipts are emailed only. That's a new policy to me. I also asked about the discount. I was told they do not adjust price once the order has been shipped. The bag was not damaged. It looks good. I might keep it. I might 🤷‍♀

So glad it wasn’t damaged! It should have been wrapped in plastic for extra protection. At least it sounds like Coach will make it right. I bought the black large Rowan too; love it! Happy carry 👜

I wouldn’t be happy about the packaging either. I’m surprised they didn’t wrap it in plastic in case of rain.

It sucks to get a bag that's not factory wrapped. I know for a fact that my Ruby 25 was a return. However, there was nothing wrong with the bag, so I kept it and I still love it. If the fact that it didn't come factory wrapped really bothers you to the point where you will not enjoy the bag, then return it. I'm amazed it came undamaged with the condition of the box!

Thanks so much for the update. I think it’s good that you give an update on a variety of brands because sometimes I learn more about other brands from people that I watch frequently. I’m a COACH lover but when I watch other COACH lovers I find that they help me explore brands and styles that I would most likely gravitate too. I bought one these (a brown one) after watching all your coach videos and deciding it might work for me. I like cross bodies that are medium sized. So, I got it today and I have to say thank you so much for making this video. I LOVE this purse. The one I got is much pre-loved and very very very soft. YES, this is the best coach bag.

I was hoping YSL replaced the bag but I do understand their position that over time denim can fade. I wonder if you treated it with anything? Scotchguard? Does that help the fabric at all. Looking forward to what Alyssa with the Gals Guide says. Looks like the other 3 stayed on so maybe it was just one in the catch that was weak.
